House Of Lashes

I went I in for a fill and when I got home I noticed the inside of the right eye needed a few more lashes to be even so I text Jessica back and asked if I could get in in the next 3 days or so before I left town she didn't respond till I was out of town and offered a wknd appointment I said I would take a Sunday but no response. The following week I text her to ask if I could have them removed which I had talked to her about previously and she said she does remove them, but no response. 2nd text about lash removal she responded back and said she would check with the part time girl and see if she could remove them I said great please let me know. Days go by no response I follow up with 2 more text no response still. I had plan to go back in sept for a new set of lashes but I will be taking my business else where. Just unprofessional if she couldn't get me in or didn't want to just let me know, just don't not respond. Keep in mind the way she books and confirms appointments is by text. I would not recommend this business.

I wish I could give her 0 stars. I took a 2 day "class" which was $1,200. She lives upstairs and has her business downstairs , her son kept coming down stairs both days and the second day she left me and my model alone while she went upstairs. A week after I took the class, I still didn't have my kit so I asked for a refund, it took her another week to give me $400. I don't feel like the class was worth what I paid, she was unprofessional and didn't provide me with her undivided attention. I wish I would have been aware so that I wouldn't have waisted my time or my money

Wish I could have gave it more stars.I just moved here first time trying this place out. I had an appointment with Alexandria a few days ago she was super nice, sweet and listen to exactly what I wanted. I liked how excited she seemed made me feel like she knew what she was doing (btw I wanted full long thick lashes). I walked out loving my lashes and actually got compliments that same day but towards the end of the day day and the following days they started falling off. Now I have had lashes a few other times from other places so I know how to take care of them and never had this problem but they just keep on falling off and just don't look good and sure not what I walked out with. I might try a new place see if they can take me as a fill but I've only had them for 5 days too bad.

I went here previously and loved my lashes. So I thought hey let's go there again. I texted them at 12:50 on a Tuesday and set a appointment for 5:30 on a Wednesday. I was told by text at 12:57 that I would be getting a invoice for the deposit shortly. So I watched my email for a few hours, no invoice. I didn't get the invoice until after 8 pm and didn't open my email until the next morning. Since I did not know there were deadlines on the deposit (stated no where) I paid it a few hours later. I drove all the way down there, walked up to the door to be asked if I had got her text. 3 minutes before I arrived she text saying my appointment was cancelled. THREE minutes!!! Come on! I drove over a half hour to get there. Inconsiderate of peoples time.

Jessica is a talented bilingual Spanish, professional. She always makes me feel very comfortable and the results are beautiful every time. I highly recommend House of Lashes prompt, attentive, great customer service and attention to your individual request.

Love love this place ! I was in need of a fill price was no object! The young lady who took care of me was so sweet , honest and sincere. And had the correct curl and volume lashes. Destiny you are awesome very very nice job you did and you made us feel very comfortable . We will definitely go back and do our eyebrows!

I am giving this one stars because they're so unprofessional. First off, I will never get my lashes done here ever again. Jessica usually does my lashes and has never replied promptly. Also, my last appointment was horrible! She told me as soon as I walked in, "I only have 45 minutes to do your lashes so they won't look as full as they usually do." My lashes all fell off in a week and a half!!! I was so upset. I won't be going here nor will I ever recommend anyone coming here.

I wish I could put no stars !!!! I went to Jessica for my 3D lashes and they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! These don't look like Russian and they are all clumped up and hurt !!!!!!! it looks as if they are attached to more than 1 natural lash !!!! I'm so mad on top of it she smelt like weed !!! I should have known to not get my lashes done going into a BUSINESS smelling like weed ! Horrible place !!! Money down the drain for a horrible job . I will NEVER recommend this place or her !! Very unprofessional .

I called the same day and when they answered they took me in the same day which was perfect as I was going out of town that night.....I walked in to a clean well structured set up shop the girl that helped me was so professional, clean, and very friendly......she showed me lengths asked me questions and gave me really good tips on how to care for them! Having lashes done one time prior to this at another shop I did not get this experience.... They're very accommodating, I booked my appointment for 2weeks just to ensure I was on their schedule and my eyelashes stay as beautiful as this picture! Highly recommend giving them a try! you definitely won't regret it!

I wanted to really like House of Lashes, but after my experience this weekend, I just canNOT! Had my lashes done by Megan once prior and koodos to her, they were beautiful. She was also patient and did take her time.However, I went back two weeks later for my fill and that's when I decided, never again.I work out of town on the weekends but stayed in town specifically for my fill on Saturday morning. I live outside of Fresno and drove the hour to House of Lashes.When I walked in, Megan was not there and the other employee working asked if my name was Kylie - I told her yes and she said, "well we text you yesterday to confirm your appointment and didn't get a response, so we cancelled your appointment."I responded that I had never received a text from her and she rudely responded, "yes, we text you at (xxx) xxx-xxxx (a complete different area code than mine) - I told her that was not my phone number and she said, "okay well you can come back this afternoon at like three."I told her that wasn't possible, that I have work and that I stayed in town specifically for this appointment, this morning - her response was there was nothing they could do about it. So I left, shut the door behind me, then opened it back up to ask a question and she was talking smack about me to her client! About how I wasn't flexible. Are you kidding me? I am not the one that made the error. It was their responsibility to get my phone number for confirmation purposes and I know they had my accurate phone number because they had text me a receipt the last time I had been there.That is unprofessional and poor customer service!
