Calamity Jane and the shrimp tacos are great choices! The quality is fresh and the flavor is full.

The food was salty! It was almost unbearable. The sad part was had it not been so salty, it would have been fantastic (the flavor was there). We might try again, maybe we got the cook on a bad day?Staff was great, very friendly.

Met a couple of friends here on a weekday wasn't too busy. Service was good we got the food pretty quick and the food was really good. One of the best restaurants in Clovis in my opinion, and their burgers tasted pretty good. Ambiance was good it was pretty typical kind of burger and bar ambiance but we enjoyed ourselves and was a perfect spot to have a good conversation.

I believe I've been coming to house of juju since they opened sometimes flavors are hit or miss here but most of the time I really enjoy the placeTheir potatoes are to die for And I love their unique style choices for burgers, bowls, and moreI am a meat lover, so I really enjoy their bison burger but at the same time, I'm always willing to try a good mushroom burger as well which they also have and I was plenty satisfied with both options.Quality of service is hit or miss here. I feel like I've had the same server treat me really well, but also treat me really off. It was a lovely older woman who I liked, but she made a comment. One of the last times I had been in that struck me a little weird. A comment about my eating habits. It was when I had ordered the mushroom burger, and maybe she had remembered. I had ordered the bison before and made a weird comment about how she didn't wanna mess up my order as if I would make a big fuss over it It made me feel a little uncomfortable, even though she had given me really good service the time prior to that.Aside from that, I think house of juju is one of the good gems that we have in Clovis and I would go again. They have really good choices of cider. I really like the ace drinks that they have there.I enjoy sitting bar top there, but they do have a lovely outdoor area as well. The only con I would say was the inconsistency of service as well as the potatoes sometimes taste undercooked, but when they're cooked correctly, they are absolutely phenomenal especially the sauces that come with them.

I have heard so many good things about this place. I was excited to try it out. They have happy hour from 3-6pm. So I was super excited but $ 1 off wine was not so exciting for me. I'm a sucker for happy hour spots with great drink and appetizers on the low. This place did not have it. BUT! The sangria is magnificent nonetheless. It was worth the $11 dollars. I got the Leticia burger, good burger with avocado and green Chiles and I had split the meal with a friend. The waiter was so nice to have the kitchen split it and it came with the potatoes on the side. The ambiance was a typical restaurant setting very loud busy.All in all the food was decent, the happy hour could have totally been happier in my opinion. One thing for sure is I def will come back for another sangria.

Having heard only great things about House of Juju, I was excited to finally be able to try one of their gourmet burgers. I got the Leticia burger which has spicy chipotle cilantro sauce and avocados. With their burgers, there are several protein options such as beef, turkey, mushroom, and bison. Side options come with the burgers too. It's a very filling meal for about $20. The service is attentive. The restaurant is walk-ins only. Dogs are welcomed here and are seated on the patio.

I was recommended this place by a colleague, and it did not disappoint! Service was quick and the ambiance was lively! The food was amazing, with the roasted potatoes being a standout. They were lightly seasoned -- not too salty -- and had a buttery smooth texture from the first bite. I paired them with the chipotle dip, which perfectly enhanced their flavor. The burger was juicy and delicious, though I think it would be even better with a sauce option! I found myself wanting more chipotle sauce with my burger too! Overall, a fantastic experience and can't wait to be back to try the roasted potatoes happy hour!

I hate to give them 2 stars, but there's a reason. I've wanted to visit for over a year, but it's always busy. I went for lunch with a friend last week. We chose outdoor seating for privacy. The staff was friendly, and the menu looked delicious. We ordered sangrias, sliders (for my friend), and a turkey burger, which was recommended by the waitress.The potatoes were great, and the dipping sauces, especially the kalamata olive, were a delightful surprise. I couldn't finish my turkey burger and took half home.Unfortunately, I found what appeared to be a bone in the burger, which chipped my tooth. It happened near the end of my meal. I contacted them via their website last week but haven't received a response. I've never encountered this in a turkey burger before, so I'd like an explanation. The 3 stars is only based on the lack of follow up. I have never heard of a turkey burger having a bone.The food was good otherwise, but I'd appreciate clarification on this incident..

Would highly recommend the burgers here. The sangria definitely was Not our fave but they had good beer options. But the service was wonderful and the food was good. They were also very accommodating to my sister who has dietary restrictions. We sat outside as we were the last customers but the inside seemed very charming and cleaning. Would def come back.

It's got a great interior (and patio)! I am surprised it wasn't busier, this place is great! It took a minute to get seated, and I ended up sitting at the bar (my choice). Brittany was taking care of me, she did a great job! I got a hard cider and a burger. The cider was an Angry Orchard. It's not bad, just not the best out there. The burger was awesome! It was cooked beautifully and the mushrooms were full of flavor. The garlic aioli took it to the next level. I was skeptical about the potato side, but it was awesome! I was so full and I couldn't stop eating. What a fantastic meal!Great location, great service, great food!
