Hong Hong Chinese Restaurant & Take Out

I drive past this place often and decided to give it a shot today. I called in my order, it took about 15-20 minutes to be ready. The portion sizes are huge. My two kids and I shared two plates for lunch, but we could have easily gone with one. But leftovers are always a hit. The chow mein was a little bland, but we enjoyed the fried rice. My personal favorite was the fried shrimp. The broccoli beef was mid. The prices are pretty reasonable and service was good. The restaurant itself is very small. There are a few tables around the perimeter of the dining room. Maybe if the tables were arranged differently it would feel more welcoming, but we were taking the food to go anyway. It's nice to have another small business option nearby.

Take out only, ready in about 20-25 minutes. 3 dishes can last us days. Broccoli beef is fantastic. I feel for the amount of food it's reasonably priced. Love it! We will keep coming back!

First time visiting this place.The beef chow mein is pretty decent but the portion of the scrambled egg with shrimp is disappointing.

We stumbled upon Hong Hong during my winter/spring quest for Wonton soup. Definitely my favorite, and my kid likes the lemon chicken. Orders are ready quickly and prices seem reasonable.

Chow mein was dry, and chicken wings tasted old, I used to favor this place but it has significantly downgraded since my last visit. Tasted very bland.

Very mediocre Chinese takeout food in an interesting part of town. We chatted up the owner in Chinese, and she was super sweet, and admitted that they make food to cater to American palates. I got fried shrimp combo with fried rice and chow mein. The price is right, and amount of food is great, and the food is average.

Did a take out order and wait time wasn't that bad. I beat before the dinner rush. We ordered the kungpao chicken plate with fried rice and the orange chicken plate with fried rice along with an order of the hot and sour soup. Everything was great to my surprise. Food was hot. The fried rice didn't have that stall crunch to it and that was the main thing I was worried about. I love my hot and sour soup, but the soup consistency was a bit off and was more runny than starchy. Over all the experience was good and I'd order again. It's just down the street from me.

It must just be my southern roots. I was in the mood for Chinese and no menu I scrolled across reminded me of home then I saw this one had great reviews and the food looked pretty good. Service was amazing I walked the lady took my order nothing was as familiar as home so I knew I was taking a chance. Reasonably priced but ehh the food WAS TERRIBLE. Nothing had any flavor just bland and the sweet and sour not only looked disgusting it smelled. To make matters worse I got a pound of basically hard rice with no flavor even with the soy sauce and six shrimps. The chicken lets not get started there better off getting nuggets from McDonalds because they have more flavor and then they was COLD. Overall its a NO for me wont be back threw away the whole meal, waste of time.

Always a good idea to order Chinese when you are too tired to cook, within 20 minutes you can pick up dinner, my go to plates are the broccoli beef over pan fried noodles, very tender beef and tasty.

They have good food with good sized plates for a great price compared to others that give much less food for a higher price
