Holt Lumber

Crazy Bernie's go to place for framing lumber. Their wood is straight and clean. I can pick out the best boards as long as I don't get too crazy. This is a place that knows how to treat their customers. You're getting a great price too. Lumber yards, NOT lumber aisles. Split "Premium" wood!!Broken wood baseboardsWe ordered premium wood for our deck railings. We took it home and prepped it to put it on our deck. Within 3 days, the 6 x 6 boards split from top to bottom. We also ordered baseboards for our home. When we pick them up, they were wrapped so we could not see the condition they were in. When we got home and unwrapped them, we discovered several boards were broken. We will never shop there again horrible customer service customer service said because we stained the wood, they can't take it back. They know that we ordered the wood only a few days ago. Because we are on a time crunch, we stained the wood as soon as we got it home, trusting that it would be the quality we requested. We are stuck with wood that is best used in a scrap pile.

Great customer service. I had a small order of drywall sheets and some framing 2x4s and they took the time to communicate clearly from start to finish.
