We noticed a burnt plastic smell one night, and we discovered it was coming from our living room dimmer switch. Called up Hodges and they advised it would be covered under warranty (we've had the house for 8 months). Allen drove across town in the middle of the evening to help us replace it for free. Super nice, super prompt, and replaced the faulty switch in a heartbeat. I will highly recommend Hodges in the future, because of the experience we had with Allen. If I could give six stars I would.Thanks!

Hodges was hired by the company my husband works for to come & install a battery charger for his EV work truck in our garage. There was a slight hiccup post-installation, and when we contacted them about the situation, they were kind & handled it professionally & quickly. We are grateful for how they took care of it & because of how they responded, they impressed us enough that we would hire them ourselves for future electrical needs we may have.

Hodges fixed a warranty issue with the lights in my garage and living area. Very happy with the service and process. Fixed it right the first time. Will hire them this summer to add ceiling fans to back patio.

We hired Hodges for several of our electrical needs. They hung fixtures, replaced all our lighting with LED's among other things. They were extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

I hired Hodges to replace all my lighting to LED with new switches on a remodel. Very prompt and did great work. I would definitely recommend Hodges on my next remodel project!

I used this company to install a 220v outlet in my garage for EV charging. They were great. Alan Oken was the technician and he seems very talented and personable. I would definitely hire them again.

I'd give no stars if I was able to. My house had a ceiling fan come undone from the ceiling. Upon coming out they realized it needed to be accessed through the attic. The technician who came out indicated they needed to come out first thing in the morning and that Judy would contact me to schedule it. Well upon calling to inquire about scheduling, Judy had an attitude and did explain their process for said scheduling but in my opinion rather rudely. I will never use Hodges for any personal business once my warranty is up on my house and will tell anyone who asks not to as well. There are definitely better ways to address a customer who does not have knowledge of the process to schedule.

This company provides electrical service to the builder Bonadelle, and they use circuit breakers that tripping a few times a month!The problem is that they use faulty circuit breakers (Siemens). The circuit breakers in my house got trip over 20 times since we took possession in Nov 2018. They replaced some circuit breakers with different manufacturers. The problem seems to be quiet for a few months. But since July, the old type (Siemens) got trip 4 times. I asked them to replaced all Siemens circuit breakers, but Lisa refused to replace them unless it is defective. They are defective, because they are tripping all the time. This problem does not happen to our home. It happens almost to everyone in the neighbor that we talked to.

I would give a 0!! I reported to BBB for tricking my father into signing a supposed receipt that supposedly stated they were not doing any more work on my home. I had to have my father be there for my repairs as I was at work. They claimed WILL advised my father he was signing a receipt that stated hey were not doing anymore work on my home, which was a complete lie!! I had to be at work and was not home, yet they trick my father into signing a fake and unexplained receipt. Also I discussed the warranty they stated I would have and they claim it's null as my light switches are not defective. This company is completely dishonest and shady! Please do not hire them!
