Higher Level

Love love LOVE going to Higher Level. They've always had good deals when I go! Probably the cheapest and quickest service dispensary I've been to in Fresno. My only complaint is that I was told by a worker that I should be able to return something I bought and no longer wanted/needed, then when I brought the receipt, another worker told me that I could only do returns if there was a manufacturer defect. A little bummed that I wasted my time driving back but it wasn't too much out of my day, just wish I was given accurate return information. Other than that I've always had positive experiences here!

Once you get past the rude security, it's nothing but smiles and great service. In the first room where they check you in, they're always super friendly and letting me know the daily and latest deals. Once inside the dispensary, you're greeted again by the budtenders. Anytime I've come, I haven't had to wait or wait long at all when I do have to wait. They're super friendly and helpful when taking your order. They ask what your preferences are and make a more personalized experience. Interactions are always quick and easy. They offer a wide variety of products for a really good price. They have daily deals on products as well that save you even more money. Higher Level also offers homegrown products, and their Guava preroll is one of my faves. Once the order is placed, it's fulfilled. The wait time to check out is very minimal, and check out is quick. If you sign up for Higher Level rewards, you get points from every purchase that you can use towards cashback rewards and get exclusive discounts and deals. At checkout, they apply any of these discounts. They also have a current spin the wheel promotion where you can get a prize for simply following them on Instagram. Def worth a stop. This is my favorite spot, don't sleep on the deals!

Went to pick up some flower then see a sign CASH ONLY. SMH, who carries cash? I'll try again next time and maybe I can give my stars back.

This location is near my home and all I can say is they did an awesome job on rehabilitating the property. Used to be a rotating homeless camp with randoms setting up shop in the junipers. It also used to be tacky massage parlor. Now it's nice and classy looking. The landscape is not hiding homeless nor is the street being trashed. The new parking lot, lighting and the purple up lights are nicely executed. LOVE that there's a security guard there 24/7. The corner looks so much nicer because it IS so much nicer. And if for no other reason (I don't smoke pot), I'm grateful!Even the traffic seems well behaved!So now there's like 4 smoke shops and other dispensaries all within a mile of each other...Times have a changed and it's still an upgrade for those living in the area. An improvement!-G

One of the best places for bud in fresno!!! This place is always having awesome deals & discounts and cool events. Staff here is always nice and friendly and are usually able to assist you with any kind of questions you may have although security can be a bit rude upfront once you're inside everyone is happy to see you and welcomes you in. The price here is fair with deals and discounts depending on various holidays and times of year as well as a list of daily deals every week. I personally love to come and sundays where its 20% of storewide but they have way more deals and even discounts on specific brands. They also have a rewards program that gives you points for every dollar you spend there as well as a spin the wheel incentive for leaving them a review on weedmaps. They have a pretty small parking lot but I've never really seen it get so busy, that it becomes an issue. Overall if you're looking for high quality product at better price than most other places than this place is definitely worth a visit and will most likely have you leaving with more than what you came for and more satisfied as well.

I went in and Marissa G was rude as hell. Snapping at me telling me she has a job to do that. She has other things to do when I was with my dad and my dad was already being helped. I was on the phone. I've never been treated so rudely at all the times I've came since you guys have opened. Marissa needs the attitude adjustment or maybe just to be fired. None of your other girls are really like her. On a scale of one to 10 as rude as she was, she was a - 8 and deserves to be fired at the very least reprimanded and disciplined and put on

This became my go to dispo even before their grand opening. The prices were lower than other places in town and the customer service was amazing. Over the summer, they were bought out and completely renovated. Many of the original employees left and prices went up. Customer service has plummeted. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by rude security and staff. The budtenders are hit or miss now. They also got rid of their rewards program and are impossible to reach over the phone. With all the options in town now, I'll be skipping this place.
