Heritage Bomanite

Heritage not only did a beautiful job on our outside patio concrete, but also our interior floors. Outside we went with stained, stamped concrete, and indoors a polished concrete with a coffee stain. I cannot express enough how much I love it! Super easy to maintain; has character and looks amazing. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Heritage Bomanite!

These guys just finished my living room... I asked for polished concrete in its natural color and they beyond delivered! They work very quickly and very clean and the end result is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company, I worked with Patrick and he was a pleasure to work with the entire time... Our floors are finished and they look terrific! We had stained and dirty carpet and needed to make a change. What to do? More carpet = Stains. Wood was not the best option with our dogs. Tile the entire house - Yuck. What about custom concrete & stain - WOW!I called and had Sergio come out and talk about what HB could do and what it would cost. He measured and sent us an estimate the next morning. We went to their showroom to get more ideas and choose colors. Both Sergio and Patrick helped up figure out the best options for our great room and hallways.A couple weeks later, it began.Day 1, the carpet was gone (Yeah!) and the exposed concrete was ground and cleaned. Day 2 - Five guys worked most of the day on the concrete overlay and it was stamped into a natural look. Day 3 - The next morning the crew stained the floors. Day 4 - They did a little stain touch up and sealed and then waxed the final product.The finished floor looks natural and warm. It will be pretty easy to keep clean and obviously concrete is durable. We did have to be out of the house for a couple nights so we stayed in a local hotel (Homewood Suites-5 Stars!) and made a mini vacation out of it.We might do a couple more rooms with HB it turned out so well. Pat and the crew (Thomas and Gary) were great to work with.

We have three kids, two dogs, and I have been known to drop a glass off liquid from time to time - so when it was time to replace our carpet and linoleum in our kitchen and living room, we looked long and hard at our options. After hearing about Heritage on KMJ, we researched Bomanite as an option versus wood, slate, or tile. We have had the floors in for about a week and are very happy with both the end result and the overall process. The Company was professional, honest, courteous, careful, and communicated well throughout the process. We liked the overall experience and ultimately the end result so much, we are tripling the project size and redoing several more rooms. If you have a high traffic house with an aversion to allergens and dust, but want a very aesthetically pleasing option, we recommend you stop by and take a look at their showroom and let them bid on your project.

I want to stain my patio contract, each year I go to the Home Show looking for a company to provide me a bid to complete the job. Heritage takes my name but never follows up or schedules an appointment for an estimate. The sales rep at the show is pretty arrogant. This year I had an inside source contact them, on my behalf, when they failed to call me after the show. They told my inside source they were sorry for the poor service I received but never once did they call me to make things right. How do they stay in business with such awful customer service. I would think before calling this company for your home improvement project.

Heritage Bomanite did our pool deck and we could not be happier! They are a first class company and go above and beyond. Their attention to very detail was amazing. The guys doing the work are the best and they also are pretty good singers too! thank you to Sergio & Robert for all your help! We love it!

Responded within an hour, came out to quote the following day. Honest quote, excellent service, would highly recommend.

Last week Heritage Bomanite demoed my old driveway and front porch walk, installed new forms and poured new concrete in 3 days. I had concern over large tree roots that had cracked old driveway. HB worked with my Arborist's suggestions, removing roots under old driveway. HB suggested and installed a Root Barrier to prevent new roots from cracking new concrete. Due to Power Outages associated with California Wild Fires there was a Statewide concrete shortage on the scheduled pour day of Friday. HB Owner Sergio and Supervisor Robert went above and beyond to secure concrete and re-schedule their Team to pour the next day on Saturday. Both of these Gentlemen came by job site more than once that Saturday to supervise project. I could not be more pleased with the results and the overall experience with HB. From initial estimate meeting to the project completion their entire Team was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and projected a positive, helpful and professional attitude.I originally solicited estimates from 4 different concrete contractors. Sergio at HB spent the most time with me discussing possible options. He also provided the most detailed, specific and easy-to-understand estimate.Heritage Bomanite is about Customer Service, about doing the job right and appreciating your business. Once you meet Sergio you will be impressed with the pride that he takes in the quality of the work they provide. More importantly you will be impressed with his high level of appreciation and dedication to his Team.If there were 10 Stars available on yelp, I would give 10 to Sergio and his Team.

I have installed tile, carpet, wood and concrete floors before, but this is the first time that everyone who enters the house comments on the floor. Professional company with a good process.

I'll try to be fair with what I'm going to say. The pictures look like these guys know what they are doing (2 stars) but they need to return messages quicker. Left not one but two messages to a representative from the company, an actual person and didn't hear back until the 3rd day. When I answered the call a gentleman spoke as if I just left the message that day. No apologies for the delay or anything. Would have like to hear their offer on my project but it's on to the next.
