Terrible customer service! Rude, and a complete lack of respect for the customer. I was even told I am welcome to shop other dispensaries in the area. That was the most intelligent thing that came out of the Herb & Joy employee's mouth during my last ever visit to their store. Great advice which I will gladly accept and act upon.My business will be going back to Natural Healing Center. Should have never left there. Prices are a tad higher but the customer service is light years ahead of the entitled brats at this place. Been there many times and never had a bad experience. One of the main reasons I go to a dispensary is for the service, environment, and overall 420 experience. Otherwise 420 on the streets (private party) is now cheaper than most dispensaries.To the ownership, you've lost me as a customer forever. But remember, retaining customers is more cost effective than attracting new ones. Negative reviews travel like wildfire. You have a lot of negative reviews. Perhaps you should start looking at your store managers who actually manage and hire these store associates in the first place. These problems usually start with leadership.

I come here often. I come a good distance to get my goods usually I buy online and pick up curbside. This last time I ordered i was a bit disappointed. I ordered a AIO (all in one) stizzy 1 gram LQD Green Crack Disposable and I received a Green Crack Pod instead. Idk if it was the lack of knowledge from the worker or there's a mistake in the system but when I see I disposable stizzy as the display icon for sell and it says Green Crack AIO I expect what it says online!

Hands down the best dispensary in the Central Valley. I started going here during the 2020 plandemic lock downs. The staff has always been so cool, helpful, never a long wait and the deals are awesome. My favorite day is, "Flower Friday," where you get sweet deals on the buds. Do it.

Very nice workers!! Some could be more knowledgeable about products, but others know their job and share their knowledge. I was new to any of this, and at my age of 68, I needed education of any information needed about what would be best to work for what I needed it for. Recommend going or using their on line ordering and just calling when your there to pick up. Very clean and interesting experience!

I thought it would be a simple pick up/exchange but it ended up more than an hour long of trying to get a replacement. The supervisor tried to win an Oscar award by pretending that she was going to replace it but she stalled. Of course that is something you would do if you were a cheapstake, not a true business person. Seems like the business wasn't good if you had to act out for an hour. The supervisor ranted and it wasn't pretty. She didn't understand how the business works, not the shady one. If the client called to discuss about the replacement in advance and came to the store then you attempted to get the client to leave impatiently. That was on you. Be a big person and own it up. It was only 18 dollars but it was about respect in the end. You almost tried to prolong it by giving me the money instead of the cartridge. I knew it wasn't worth my time discussing with you all over again so I can make a purchase especially with your male employees making threats that the store will never sell things to me again. All I can say.... Damn!I also want to put a cherry on top of the shit. The supervisor knew I left my car running with my dogs waiting for me to get the order. They made enough of noises for her to know that they exist. I called about them prior coming to the store too. There is NO way for you to redeem for your shitty behavior. I hope you will do better next time otherwise don't expect your business to last for a long time.Updated: That is what you would expect from them. If I call them, I will catch same fraudsters so it will be a vicious cycle, y'all!

The dude and I came to HerbNJoy on 5/22/21 around 10am. We were greeted by friendly staff and notified about their promotions for the day and how the store is ran.I believe they accept Cash and I'm not sure if they accept other forms of payments but they do have like two to three ATMS inside.Upon the warm welcome they let us know that we can write on the wall with chalk and even have their menu listed on the board. I wrote a little message on the board.Upon entering the main room they had up to date poppin music on which was nice to jam out to as the dude and I browsed around taking in the high energy princess like ambience which was lovely! Make sure you sign up for rewards! They use it by your phone number. I didn't put mine down due to me not buying Cannibus but the dude did.They also have the option for you to wear your mask or not but the dude and I are so use to wearing ours so we decided to wear it just for the peace of mind.The dude ended up getting some things and a lot of things for $180 so he said it's a very good deal here and would like to come out to Hanford more often because of it.Our helper was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and their development. She appeared very professional and well organized as well. The customer service here is very stellar!!Hoping Fresno will soon open us high quality store fronts like this one as the dude and I were very impressed with the decor, quality and price! For a start up it is nice! We left feeling great and got bang for the dudes buck!I would recommend coming here :) #PrincessApproved

This place is so great. I drive from Visalia. They have amazing deals and everyone there is so friendly. I love the store vibe.

Taxin garbage place renewed my license an they wouldn't let me use the paper copy dmv gives. Any other spot allows you too trash prices as well

Slowest dispo I've ever been to, there was 13 people inside and 4 bus tenders but they kept switching and doing 2 person shifts and it just made everything take forever

I've been to this dispensary a few times and I always feel welcomed, & comfortable. The employees are also very knowledgeable about their products and can answer any questions that I ask ... The have a wide selection of products... I highly recommend this dispensary for you cannabis needs...
