Long line moves fast great customer service! This was our first time to Heirloom, Sebastian was very welcoming and when he learned it was our first time he made sure we knew where everything was. A+ customer service. Regardless of the insane crowd each employee was very attentive of everyone's needs. I ordered the "build your plate" with butter garlic shrimp which was so fresh and balanced in flavor, with a side of their house made rigatoni, the red sauce was so delicious and tasted very much home made and I got the roasted beets with goat cheese, so yummy. I also would recommend their green tea and their strawberry cucumber limeade. Everything tasted so fresh and was absolutely top tier, I cannot wait until we can come back and try more items off their extensive menu!

Ok so I have been here 3 times and each time the line is out the door! But with great service it actually moves pretty fast. Sitting at the bar is also an option if you don't want to wait in line. But, that's how amazing this place is! I love their deal on the margarita pitcher. My favorite dish is the surf & turf with a side of fried rice. The shrimp & tri-tip is so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Their dishes are made with local ingredients seasonal fruits and veggies. Very family friendly and relaxed ambiance. I will continue to come here! Definitely recommend!

Aaaaaaabsolutely I recommend this place!I guess all the reviews were not wrong. Everything was great from the service to the tasty food. The ordering part was odd because you need to grab a menu outside then bring in while you order, but other than that, everything was great. I highly recommend it.

Everything sounded amazing from the menu. I went with the Surf and Turf and Garlic Fries, and they are an absolute banger! The Surf and Turf includes grilled tri-tip, smoked ponzu sauce, and crispy tempura shrimp. Tri-tip was really tender and the ponzu sauce was such a nice compliment to it because of sweet and sour flavors. I really wished there was rice or a side that came along with the shrimp and tri-tip.Garlic fries are a must get. They were crispy and came with Gilroy garlic, pecorino romano, and sea salt. Overall a nice experience with a lively atmosphere. Service was nice and the food came out relatively fast. Looking forward to going back and trying new items on the menu!

THIS PLACE IS PACKED! and as it should be, locals love it and people stopping by the city since it's off of the freeway love it even more!Don't mind the line, it's definitely worth the wait and not to mention that the line relatively moves fast. For my party of 4 at the time. We waited a total of 20 minutes.Walking in comes with a loud and vibrant atmosphere. It's very engaging as you see an open kitchen which is a plus! I love that they show it. The staff here are super friendly and cater to a lot of dietary restrictions that you may need. The restaurant caters to as close to local produce farm to fork style ingredients. The flavors are amazing!The two pitchers; la Paloma and cucumber cooler were both refreshing with a bit of sweet and tang. Great for the outdoors and sunny dayThe mushroom taquitos were a wonderful palate choice as it knocked out all the flavor sensors from crispy to soft, umami and bright. It was delicious and really helped engage yourself to your main course.I got the ribeye medium rare, soft and pink in the middle. Fork tender! The accompaniments were the teppanyaki fried rice which was buttery, soft and chewy, I honestly could eat a whole plate of it. Also had pasta with tomato sauce with it, chewy and soft with sweet tomato flavor. I cleaned the entire plate and left nothing. Really delicious flavors, I can't wait to come back and try more.

if you love BEEF and SHRIMP.... SURRRRF & TURFFFF. I promise you will Not be sorry I always get here a little before opening to beat the crowd! line usually goes pretty quick when it opens!I also had a FIG pizza here one time.. OH MY LORD for those of you that don't eat meat or just looking to try something new (if they still have it) GET IT To be completely honest.. there's Nothing I've tried here that I Didn't like! I've been here 3 times now. Always a go to when in Fresno! Matter of Fact.. I just won a Bet & this is where I'm picking to EAT!

Heirloom is a great place for a casual date or even with a group of friends or family. I say casual because it's a nice restaurant, in a nice area, but it's not "fancy". You wait in line, order, and wait to be seated. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating (although sometimes not enough because of how busy they get). I've never really had to wait too long for a table after I've ordered though... however, the line to order is a different story. You also have the option of sitting at the bar as well. I've had the pleasure of dining in all areas and they were all enjoyable (outside in the summertime is a negative for me though, even with the misters). Now, on to the best part: The food!My personal favorite dish to order is the Mushroom Taquitos. Love everything about it. All the flavors come together perfectly... the tortilla, the mushrooms, the cheese, the slaw, the sauce! You'd forget there's no meat! :PFavorite appetizer? The loombread and Brie!So freaking good! I also love ordering the Garlic Noodles and the Surf and Turf, depends how I'm feeling and how hungry-- I'd order all in one sitting! My boyfriend usually goes with the Tri-tip Sandwich, which is really good and flavorful as well. Love the garlic French roll it comes on. Their fries are a perfect snack as well. When it comes to my friends and I, we usually order a bunch of different dishes/appetizers and share everything. We've tried all of the above... plus, the Hipster Ceasar Salad, the Butternut Squash Ravioli, the Sweet Corn Ravioli (a must-have when it's in season), the Spicy Roost, the Fig Pizza (yum), the Cast Iron Meatballs, and basically all the pasta dishes. All delicious. I haven't had a bad dish, or drink, here. We leave satisfied every time!Heirloom is never a bad idea!

I've been to Heirloom several times with friends and it's become one of my favorite food places here in Fresno so far. What really sold me was when I dared to try the plate with tzatziki salmon. For context, I rarely ever get salmon at restaurants because more often than not, it's overcooked and dry. Well to my surprise, the salmon here was done perfectly - juicy, with just enough crust and char, and flavorful. Then when I got this plate again on my second visit, it was done well again..?!? W O W. Major brownie points.Since then, I've also tried the salmon burger (sensing a pattern here) which was also good. My friends have tried the boneless fried chicken (soso) and shrimp pesto pasta (pretty good). In terms of sides, I've enjoyed the moroccan cauli, roasted carrots, and beets and bulghur. It's flavorful, and you feel generally healthy when you eat it :) I'll try some other sides next time.Overall, the portion sizes are good, especially with the price. You order at the front and pay, then you get seated. The ambiance is lively as this place is popular, especially for groups and families. The slight downside is that there's often a line that goes out the door. Service is quick and friendly, so the line actually moves relatively quickly. When I was waiting outside, it typically took about 20 min to be able to order. When you're waiting outside in the summer heat though... they have ceiling mist spray things that will cool the air very slightly, temporarily.

Lines looked long but it does move pretty fast a good 10-15 mins wait time only from the end. I haven't been here for a long time and I remember it being really good; so to my surprise it's still as good if not better. We all cleared the plates what we order and took home our desserts to finish off. They make the best Greek fro yo that I've ever tasted. Service was nice as well.

Came here from out of town on recommendation from a friend. AWESOME PLACE with incredible food! Warned about the line outside, so came prepared to wait, even on a cold evening. Line went fast (as was advised). Counter ordering but get the menu while standing in line to give you time to decide. I had ancho tri tip, green beans and teppanyaki fried rice. Interesting combo, but had read about fried rice on Yelp reviews and tri tip too. Such good advice! Tri tip was perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Tender, juicy, yum.... Fried rice was great, and I'm picky because I make my own at home. This one was so yummy... just about as good as mine! Ambiance inside was comfortable and the place was packed, but the noise wasn't incredibly loud like I thought it might be, making for a very pleasant evening. Table service was helpful, and they really hustled. Wish I lived in town... I'd be here often if I did!
