Heart's Delight

So, this store is really adorable. Lots of fun items and they are displayed well. That said, I must talk about customer service here. I picked out a purse then ordered the matching wallet. They said they would order the wallet and call me when it arrived (before Christmas). So here it is the week of Christmas and since I hadn't heard from them I visited them to find out about the wallet. The wallet never was ordered, never arrived and then they sold the purse I had them holding for me. Did they apologize? NO. Did they have an excuse? NO. They just said that since I didn't put it on layaway they felt they could sell it. This isn't my idea of customer service. I will not shop there again.

Place was nice, staff was friendly but the food was awful.... I got the fish tacos - nothing seemed fresh, the presentation was poor and I would have sent it back but I was with friends and didn't want to make a scene. I really hope this restaurant makes it but if they're going to they need to revise their menu. A disappointment.
