Very nice selection of stylish comfortable shoes. Sales staff have many years of experience and are able to recommend shoe styles and brands that work well for any particular foot ailment. I have bunions and neuropathy and actually walked out with a very comfortable pair of shoes! Worth every penny.

Best shoe place in town! The staff is amazing and really care about the fit and comfort of your shoes. They provide great advice and carry more than shoes! Adorable bags and cute socks. They have insoles and shoe/feet care products. By far the best service in town!

My grandma has a full size difference between her feet and one is wider than the other. She is in her late 80s so comfort and stability are a necessity. Jody helped us and she really took the time to make sure the shoes were safe and fit really well. She spent at least 30 minutes trying different styles and then even accommodated my grandma's love of red. Would definitely recommend this store and make sure to ask for Jody, she truly cares about her customers and it really shows!

I needed shoes that would give me relief from plantar facsitis & found several pairs. All of the Ladies there were very helpful & knowledgeable. My husband also was impressed especially, when they had to order a particular style for him. I am more than a satisfied customer. I love my OOFOOs as well as my dress shoes & casual ones. I truly wish I had found you earlier in my life.

I stopped in here on Saturday looking for a pair of sandals with support. I've been in before but not found anything to take home. Saturday was my first purchase and I couldn't be happier. I'll level with you, this is not a cheap store. I have spent my life shopping at Ross and Target, so the sticker shock was real after the first time I came in here. But, if you are in a place in your life to be able to invest in yourself, this is a great place to do it. For me, I am 34, was hit by a car when I was 18, and was born with less than straight knees. And I have a bunion from my time wearing too high heels in the banking industry. I knew I needed to invest in shoes that would support my feet because my feet support my entire body every time I stand up. Now, I've only had a big girl income for a few years so I'm tardy to the party of taking care of myself properly. However, that is changing and Heart & Sole is definitely going to be a place I come back to for this reason. It's so nice to be able try on shoes (since everything seems to be online these days) and the service here is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I would give 10 stars if I could just for the customer service. Plus, they have a good selection of orthopedically sound shoes that still manage to be mostly fashionable. I jokingly told my spouse that I was going out to buy old lady sandals, but what I got was actually really cute and I've enjoyed wearing them since I bought them. I will be back the next time I'm ready to upgrade my shoe wardrobe.

I purchased a pair of shoes that I tried out for a week and I missed the return date for a refund. They just didn't feel right. Lisa was gracious enough to have me try on several other shoes and when I didn't find anything I really liked she said "if you don't find anything that you love I will refund your purchase". This is a locally owned high quality shoe store in a tough environment competing against online businesses, amazon etc. but the service and friendly attitude of the employees and owners of this store will definitely have my business in the future.
