I had the pleasure of going to get a duplicate car key and car key fob for my car. This was excellent service and pleased how it turned out. Would highly recommend this service for all your needs.

These guys are some of the best locksmith and key makers in Fresno and they provide excellent customer service which leads to great customer satisfaction.I needed 2 replacement keyd for an e-bike battery. My girlfriend had been to two other locksmiths and they just looked at the key and shook their head. Same for home Depot in Fresno ag. I knew these guys could do it because I went there 18 months ago with a different e-bike battery key and they made me two keys for that one. That day he was training someone how to use the machine and because it took half an hour he gave me the keys for free.This time one of the other guys helped me right away but he didn't want to try and cut the key without 100% certainty on the correct key number. I had to wait for one of the owners to help and same as last time yes I can duplicate that. I also had him do another key for me and because I had to wait again he said 'you don't have to pay'. This time I refused to take the keys for free and he says you can leave me a $5 tip I think I paid $18 for three keys and a couple carabiners annoying that it was done correctly made it worth it.If you need great service by professionals that know what they're doing and think of the customer first this is the place to go. If you need a gun safe or a money safe or any safe this is the place to go.

Came in to get a special key made for the new house. My realtor said she didn't know where to get one. Havens is known for having everything. And, YUP! They could make it, no problem. In and out. Havens to the rescue!

I needed to get copies made of a garage door key and none of the stores in the area seemed to carry the right blanks. I finally sent out a request on Yelp to see if local locksmiths might be able to help. I got a reply from AJ's, saying me might and let me know when he would be at this business. Once I got there, he found he did not have the correct blank, but he told me if anyone did, Haven's would. Even though it was a drive across town from NW Fresno, I was tired of looking and not finding it.Once I got there, I was quickly told them did have the right blank. I told them I was referred over from a guy on the loop, and they knew I was talking about AJ, and were super helpful. It was so nice to have local businesses speak highly of each other, and refer business like this. THAT is real customer service! I will need some residential rekeying in the near future, and am happy that I now have TWO great businesses I can call. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'd recommend Haven's to everyone needing hard to find key blanks. I wish I had known about them sooner! Don't waste any more of your time driving around town looking. Start here!

Wanted to let you know that Havens took care of the situation with our previous Key issue...the delay was on my end on scheduling them to come out! The gentleman that came out was very pleasant and accommodating. They took care of our previous key issue and provided new keys! We also needed a lock Replaced and new keys made, because we had lost the key. The dead bolt on my front door was not working correctly. It would get stuck in the locked portion and I would have to jiggle it to unlock it sometimes taking 3-5 minutes to get the dead bolt to unlock. I took on the dead bolt off my front door and took it in to Haven's. They replaced the damaged/warned part for less than $10.
