This place is amazing!! You can taste all the bold delicious flavors! I love a good homemade meal and it's a food truck even better!! Great service all around 5 star

Definitely one of our favorite food trucks! Their sandwiches are really good. I get the Cubano sandwich every time. My daughter tried the sloppy Joe sandwich and my husband got their special rib plate this time. There are other rice plates that we have tried before and flavor is always amazing in every dish! Meat is always moist and flavorful. I usually eat half and save the other half for the next day. Still really good when I heat it up in the air fryer and the bread doesn't get soggy. Service is always excellent. They are very welcoming and friendly. Make sure you follow their IG havanacafefood for their locations.

Oh my gosh I love when this truck comes around!! They're usually at my place of work, but I got the chance to see them for their anniversary where they were serving a full pig!! The crew is always so warm and friendly, but can answer any questions you may have. The food is DELICIOUS. Meats are always tender, and never dry; the flavors are incredible, while still feeling comforting/homey.

Yesterday we went to the Tioga Sequoia beer garden because we heard they brought back beer slushes for the summer season and indeed they did --tropical punch flavored and I got a LARGE.But I hadn't eaten all day so I needed to eat at the food truck du jour, which yesterday was Havana cafe. It was the first time we'd eaten there and it was a nice surprise!I chose the first thing on the menu, the Cuban sandwich, and it was delicious. I chose it because often a food truck will lead with the most popular or best or most iconic item.I'm glad I chose it because years ago, I had a Cuban sandwich at a place in Florida that was supposedly "famous" for them and I was underwhelmed even though it's basically a toasted ham sandwich which -- what's not to like huh?THIS Cuban sandwich at Havana Cafe was amazing. There were really balanced and delicious proportions of shredded pork, ham, melted cheese, pickles, and mustard on a very crispy / toasted / fresh French roll.Absolutely delicious and LARGE too. We split it and both of us were full and considered it "dinner."Also served on the side was a generous serving of shoestring fries. I think some older versions of the menu say these are yuca fries, but they were potato fries, piping hot, generously salted and GOOD.There was also a little cup of sauce on the side. It was a tangy sauce -- maybe a mayo-mustard combo? Whatever it was, it was good. We dipped the fries in it and dipped the sandwich in it; all good.I didn't see any ketchup but then again I didn't ask for any and I was totally happy without it.Also the people working there, both the guy taking the orders and the guy serving the orders, were friendly and the food was prepared quickly and very hot and fresh.The truck itself is very cute and festive, flying a Cuban flag and playing music. If you see this truck at a venue in Fresno, I highly recommend it.

OMG! I had never seen this truck until today. They participated in the Beautify Fresno to serve food. I tried the Picadillo bowl and after taking the first bite I thought this was really good. I finished it and every bit was just as good. I then ate my friend's Lechon bowl and it was just as amazing. I do recommend Them cause they cook with a lot of love and I will be going back no doubt.

I stopped at the truck after my class on the FCC campus today. I remembered seeing Havana Cafe on Channel 30 Dine and Dish so I was curious to try. I ordered the Cubanita bowl. I mentioned it was my first time ( not first time for Cuban food, per se, but for the truck). He said " your life will change forever." That's pretty bold, I thought to myself. My bowl was served fairly quickly which surprised me. I remember looking at it thinking " what the...?!"It looked like plain boiled chicken over white rice. I thought I could always doctor it up when I got home but I took a bite just to see how bland it would be. OOOMMMMGGGGG how do you take such a simple dish and infuse it with so much flavor?!!!! It was epic. Each bite the chicken just melted in my mouth. The rice was so fluffy and the beans were so well seasoned. It made for the perfect bite. I literally gobbled up every inch of that bowl. I will be stalking this truck to taste what else they have to offer. But clearly if you can make a simple chicken, bean, rice bowl taste like this, then I know everything else is going to be spectacular. The pricing is very fair given the quality. Trust me, just try it!!!

We always get the same thing which is lechón bowl and yuca fries when is available and is always delicious. Guava chiller is great to go with it. In so glad they are in DoorDash now.

First time visiting this place, loved it!!! Will be tracking them down again really soon!

Delicious food! Very friendly. I hope they grow so we can find Cuban food easier, since normally we have to drive to L.A. or S.F.

Great food!! You must experience their Mojito!!Loved the cultural experience. We will definitely return when we are in Miami!!Service was exceptional. Great Cuban vibe.
