Brian did a great job. I was concerned about my floor afterwards because it stayed tacky for awhile. I let Brian know and he immediately came to my house and remedied the issue. Brian is a true professional and works hard to ensure customer satisfaction, not to mention my floors look great.

Brian installed our aggregate flooring in 2004. We were so happy with his work and still are. After almost 14 years we are still constantly referring our friends. Every time we need something, he is always there to help. A couple of weeks ago we had him come out and re-seal our floor. He was able to fit us in to his schedule even on short notice. He and his team are always on time and professional. If you're thinking about putting in aggregate flooring, or need to clean or seal your aggregate, I would highly recommend calling Brian at Hard Rock Flooring.

Brian Quinney installed a rock floor in our commercial business. They did it in two sections. The rock color did not match, the transition between the sections was terrible, and overall it was not a good job, so they had to redo part of it, which involved us having to rent a huge storage trailer and empty our retail store and offices into it. Shortly after the floor was complete, it started bubbling. Then it became horribly discolored. He did come out to look at it, and said they would fix it, but he kept putting me off. Now it has been months since he last answered any of my e-mails. I have also sent him certified letters, which he has ignored. Today I noticed that his contractor's license has been suspended by the state due to poor work quality, among other reasons. I am also going to to turn him in to the Contractor's State License Board, and take him to court for the $16,292 mess he left. Avoid this contractor.
