I started ordering from them when my son was just 2, he's now 6 and I continue to use them each year! Always a great experience, they are timely, super communicative, just a great small business I like to support. Every item I've rented is in great condition and always clean. I'll continue to use them for all my party needs

Had a great experience with Mario and Adrian! I recommend their team and their business. First off, you gotta love a business with a great, functional website-this drew my attention for sure over some other places. Secondly, the communication and customer service was top notch. I was able to place my order online, put the deposit down and then I was able to pay the remainder of the balance online the day of the event. Communication from Mario and Adrian was clear, frequent enough and always with a smile. I called and they allowed me to add to my order the week of my event. They even worked out so part of our order could be dropped off the night before the event, and picked up the day after. We were so happy with the customer service. They arrived within the time windows they gave and were quick with unloading and set up. The chairs and tables were clean and functional, like new! All plastic! None of those heavy wooden tables. And the jump was a perfect size and was also clean and top quality! I highly recommend this team for communication, quality, and timeliness!

Quick, professional and efficient. We will be using happy bounce house for more of our upcoming events. They were able to personalize the bounce house we ordered to match my son's Star Wars themed party. They sent email reminders and they even allowed us to alter our original contract to add more chairs after more guests RSVPed late. First time Customer. I got the smaller waterslide it was perfect for the kids to get in and out and climb up without help. They were very Friendly and affordable.I will definitely be referring all my friends to this company

Fantastic service starts with actually answering your phone! I called 3 different businesses listed here on Yelp and no one else answered or returned calls. Happy Bounce House confirmed our reservation by text the day before, and delivered on time on the day of our son's birthday. Prices were reasonable and equipment was clean (sanitized upon delivery.)Will be using their services again!

Will definitely be using Happy Bounce House again in the future! We had to reschedule my daughter's birthday party last minute when a huge rainstorm showed up on the forecast. They were happy to accommodate us with the change. They showed up several hours in advance to set up, and were done in just a couple minutes. The bounce house was clean and in good condition, and they sanitized it before they left. They were great about texting us before they came to set up and take down to let us know they were on the way, and they showed up right on time to take it down after the party was over. The bounce house was a huge hit at the party! Now my three year old asks everyday if we can get one for his birthday in the spring!

We rented a bounce house for my son's first birthday and I was so impressed with the company. From ordering, to day of they did such a good job. I made a mistake in the order but they were so understanding and accommodating. The bounce house was so clean and the kids had a blast. Can't wait to use Happy Bounce House again.

I was so happy this worked out for our daughter's 14th birthday!! Yes, she's 14, and she and her friends LOVED it!! They were on it from 11am to 7pm, non-stop. We don't have a pool, so it was a fantastic alternative!! The HBH team was professional, communicative, and really nice!! We will definitely hire them again for this summer!!

This company is wonderful! They are so reliable and friendly! The bounce houses are always the prettiest and cleanest bounce houses I've seen and they even had a donut banner for our donut themed party! I highly HIGHLY recommend them!
