Amazing work done by Peter! Showed him a pic of what I wanted. Not only did he accomplished that, he made it better than the pic itself! He is pretty quiet, but that's because he doesn't understand English that well! Also, I got my pedicure done by Tiffany! She is talkative and friendly!

We have been here numerous times but the service has gone down hill each time. After today no more. Got a manicure to clean up nails and left w them chunky. On the pedi, the polish was very thick and kept smearing and they kept saying it was old polish. Tried another color and again they said it was old polish. Very disappointed

I've been going to this nail salon for around a year now. I have tried other nail salons along the way, but I keep coming back to them. They are very clean and organized. Their salon is always decorated very cute for the holidays and everyone is very friendly. Tracy did my nails recently and she did an amazing job! I loved how they came out!

I'm sorry the pedicure I got today was not what I expected. I got the expensive package they offer and didn't get the service i expected. This man didn't clean my cuticle clean how it should have been done. All was half ass done put cut my nail crooked didn't even bother to correct it till I noticed after I left. I'm very disappointed plus I tipped the guy!‍Nail polish gel is awful as well. Smh I'm sad cause I always come here when needed. nancy the girl that I always had left she was the best. Cleaning my nails and leaving them spectacular!

Love this place, the only place I go to for my nails! they always make my nails look super good, & the workers are amazing!

I always come and get pedicure and I love them well today I decided to go ahead and get acrylic nail to, because I've enjoyed coming. Rambo did my nails, overall i like the color etc but one nail is messed up and looks bad I asked him to fix it and he said he did. But all he did was file the side, the nail should've been removed and put back on as it was put on crooked. It's very noticeable and I'm so upset, I'm not a person to complain or be confronting, but he seen the mess up and I asked him to fix it and he did not. He was in a rush the whole time and I feel like he didn't really try, I've been going there for several years, and this was a horrible experience I don't know that I'll be back unless I'm refunded ... 57$ later and very unhappy!! Do better happiness nails.

I got the basic spa package with a gel pedicure. I'm sorry, but I do not have the guts to tell the person upfront that I don't like their work so that's why I am writing this here. My pedicure was horrible. Nail polish all over the sides of my toes, nail polish on my actual skin on the knuckle, he also skipped the top coat on my big toe. Although a nice guy, you can tell this tech was newer. The water was way too hot, water was squirting out of the bucket... I'm so upset at this visit. Usually they're very good, but if you're gonna give me a new "tech" in training, I don't believe that I should be paying full price. I probably won't visit again as I feel like I can do better at home.

I went in for a new full set with gel polish & my daughter also got a basic manicure. The shape of the nails are perfect - just what I wanted. The problem I had was with the gel. I wanted "cat eye" polish & she said it looks best on black. OK I got my nails painted black & when she put the "cat eye" coat on and used the magnetic tool to give it the look it's supposed to have. Well either it didn't work or she didn't know what she was doing. I said I would choose something else & she ignored me & hurried to do the rest of my second hand, put oil on, & said thank you then got up and walked away. So now I have black nails with a glittery overcoat & my left hand isn't even the same as my right. FOUR of them tried to help her do it right & FOUR of them knew I wasn't happy.

I had a pedicure done, and the guy did a good job, but he was rude. There were a lot of service people available, lounging around on the pedicure chairs, so I don't know how he was picked to do my pedicure. He gave me a side look, then an up/down swipe when I got to the chair. Maybe he was tired and didn't want to work. The entire vibe was that he felt annoyed at having to do his job. I won't be going back!
