Have used Hanford Rug for all our carpet needs since 1982. They have carpeted our houses and rentals and have always done an excellent job with competitive prices. What's more, is they have had the same installers for over 20 years...that tells me a lot about a business when they give great service AND retain their employees!

I would give them more of a 3.5 stars. First, their prices are very reasonable. For my house (3 bedrooms, living room & hallway) it came out to $85. They were polite & answered all of our questions. Customer service was pretty good, both over the phone & in person. I've never had my carpets cleaned professionally before, so I dont have anything to really compare them with (except my own rug doctor experiences). Our carpets were gross. We have 2 toddlers, wear our shoes inside the house and 2 cats that puke hair balls (let's be real here)...so you can imagine. They sprayed some kind of treatment before cleaning. The whole process took about 40 min to a hour I would say. They told us the carpets would be dry shortly thereafter, but not even. Even with all fans on, it took several hours. However, I would say that's not quite their fault. My living room & hallway are in the darkest part of my house. Those parts didnt dry until the next day. The parts of the house that had the most sunlight took about 4 hours to dry. In the rooms with the least traffic, the carpet looked great. The carpet in the high traffic areas (read: the ones I really wanted cleaned) still had stains but were lightened up. On the whole, I did see a big improvement to the house. However, there was a large stain in one room in which I am 99.9% positive there wasnt before they came. It was an orangey stain, around the size of a dog bowl. I didn't want to call & complain to be honest, and it came right out with my own carpet stain cleaner.

So i called for a estimate and was told they would call before showing up, A week and a half later still nothing.Not very good service if they cant even show up or call, Why waste your time and money with these people....

So much better than the big stores. Gary, Chris and Andy provide personal service. Nothing is too much trouble. From selecting a carpet to getting it installed is a stress-free process. On top of that, they do a great job for a great price.Highly recommend!

If I could give a zero I would! I was very displeased with their service! Initially they said my couch would dry very fast once they finished they said 6 hours! They left puddles all around the couch when they left! As the couch dried I noticed that it was still dirty, there was still drool spots that I was able to get up myself with a scrub brush! They didn't bother to clean in the crevices of the couch either! When they left I had them take my rug to clean it they said I would have it 1 week after but after 9 days with still no call I called them and it was like they forgot to deliver it! I would not recommend using them! At least for sofa clean

Don't waste your time we went to this place 3x's in one day. The first time we went the so call employee asked if he could help but I should of asked him if he really could help. He had zero clue on anything. We asked to see carpet he said "well the owner is not here I can't help" I don't know why he was there. He told us to come back later in the afternoon. We went the same guy didn't even recognize us told us the same thing. Gave them one more chance what a waste of time. Horrible parking and terrible employees. Don't waste your time.
