Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

After 3 visits, I can definitively say that I do not think this location is worth the money or the membership. The skill level of the practitioners is low compared to other places I've gotten a massage. I did not leave feeling better. The experience is not relaxing like at a spa; it's more in and out. We'll be getting rid of our membership.

This business is an absolute joke!! All we wanted to do was simply buy a gift card as a gift for my wife but apparently that was way too difficult. They wouldn't sell us a gift card in person inside the establishment and was told we could buy a gift card online. However, the website is not at all user friendly and after I had to go through the hassle of creating an account, the price for the holiday package they were promoting on their website before I created an account mysteriously increased in price. I will spend my money else and I would encourage you to do the same.

I finally decided to treat myself to a membership this year and I'm happily going on my fourth month. The staff are always friendly and the building and rooms are very clean. This visit was a couples massage and we both enjoyed it! So far every visit has been top notch!

Enjoyed a much needed massage today getting out some knots I had. I finished with a diamond glow facial and left with my skin feeling fabulous. Nice location and the employees who assisted with checking me in and out were super friendly and helpful. Appreciated that they use individual hand towels in the restrooms. Definitely will be back.

Would rather not deal with a membership. My husband has the membership and I do not. I actually used his monthly session since he was not able to go that month. The membership allows you to give it to someone else every six months, I believe. There is an additional $10 transfer charge. Front desk really pushes membership but in a nice way. Staff is friendly but lots of them and they love to talk and giggle among themselves so a bit noisy in the reception area. I prefer a calmer atmosphere before a massage. As for my massage with Traycina, it was fabulous! I added in the hot stones... it was just what I needed. Will visit again at full price (obviously) to experience another of Traycina's therapies and perhaps a facial next time?

Everything could be improved. Overpriced facial, deception and trickery when offering add-ons, and poor cancellation policies.

It's interesting reading a past review on how this place cancelled on a client and didn't do much to make it right. When I cancelled last minute while having the stomach flu on my birthday weekend, they charged me a ridiculous cancellation fee. I was a member here for over a year and was always on time to my appointments. I cancelled my membership and they didn't seem to care at all. Horrible customer service and many times there was a lack of proper communication on pre- and post-facial concerns. You are just a number here. I have been much better off supporting local small business estheticians that offer thorough personalized services, understanding, and the utmost care!

So far not pleased with Hand & Stone. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for two massages and on the day of, one was cancelled. All they offered to do was not charge me for the cancellation fee. A discount on the massage I had to reschedule would've been appreciated. My mom was visiting from out of town and due to this (and lack of coverage or finding a replacement) our plans to get a massage together for my birthday was ruined.

I love this message place! It's my absolute go-to and I will ALWAYS come here and you should too! Everything is insanely clean and all the staff is kind/sweet and helpful!
