I came in on a Saturday had little to NO wait! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

For the past couple months I have been getting my hair done and eyebrows done here and every single time I go here they do a amazing job .The staff is wonderful and kind and I would say to anyone if you're looking for a new hair salon go to the Han Salon or if your looking for the best hair salon in Fresno go to the Han salon .

I had high hopes of this place since my mom told me this place was good and was a good price for manicure and pedicures, but it was beyond disappointing. I went in for a full set manicure with gel polish and pedicure roughly coming out to 60$My husband paid upfront and left me there so he could run errands.I went in wanting round nails simple polish (kinda on the short side since I work in the medical field) but the lady said no you should do coffin nails because with short nails your hands will look fat.. I'm laughing because it's so painfully honest, yeah it would be kinda upsetting for some people but I was just like oh okay ‍ I'm so passive unfortunately and let her do the coffin shape. So time went on and she was working on my hands and as she leaves to do other things so that the lady doing my pedicure could finish. As she was gone I notice my finger nails are crooked. I look closer and see that she put the false nail that was too small and on crooked and covered it up with acrylic.. I've had my nails done before where they've put the nail on crooked and I didn't really notice until I got home and it killed me. If it was just one nail I'd probably not say anything but it was multiple finger nails so when she came back I told her "excuse me, I'm sorry, a few of these nails are looking crooked.." before I could say anything else she told me "don't worry, this is only the beginning it won't be crooked at the end of it we're not done yet and brushed me off. So I was like okay.. For the pedicure.. ‍‍Where do I begin..Well.. I wanted a really bright color to begin with but as soon as it went on I was like oh no nevermind and picked a more neutral color. So when I asked to change the color she asked the lady next to her for a brush SHE WAS USING ON HER CLIENT to remove polish from her toes and used it on me and gave it back so the other lady could continue to use it on her client! I looked at the lady doing my pedicure, then looked and the other pedicurist, looked at the lady sitting next to me in straight disbelief ... I mean that's really really unsanitary! That's were I was like nope nope nope NEVER AGAIN. I mean that lady could've had toe nail fungus and gave it to me or the other way around (not saying I have toe nail fungus but I mean WHAT IF!) I would've left but my husband was gone and already paid for it so I just sat there mortified and let her finish. Since I'm on my feet 16hrs a day 5-7 days out of the week, I needed the lady to get in my heels and scrub lol but their supplies aren't that great and didn't get much dead skin off. I walked out with pretty much the same rough heals I walked in with. The lady was kinda nice but I wish she would've really scrubbed and wish she would've painted my whole toe nails.. I walked out with half painted nails ‍‍The lady who did my crooked nails really rushed she didn't cut my cuticles or file the extra acrylic that builds up under the nail. When I went home I filed my nails myself to kinda even them out and look less crooked which a person who paid 60$ should never have to do. ANYWAY ‍I realized my time spent at this place has made me write nearly a novel sized review and I apologize and appreciate anyone who stuck around to read my terrible experience. I just wanted to warn people not to go here because it's just not worth it. I hope y'all find a better place to go to.*The picture is after 12 days of having them

Absolutely love it here! Been going here for almost two years for haircuts. Sue (Suji) does an amazing job. She is personable, gets to know you very well, and makes excellent recommendations based on your preferences and style.

This place is amazing!! Y'all need to come here excellent service rly fast n they do exactly what you want!! I highly recommend seeing Su Kim she's incredible!! It's very clean amazing prices you can't beat and you'll look amazing!!

My boys always get their haircut here and they always like their cuts. The people are nice and patient with kids.

i bring my son to get his hair cut. they are real good with kids and they make him look so handsome every time. The price is also very affordable. We no longer go to cool cuts.

Ladies here are amazing at hair cuts. Prices are very affordable, you can get quick hair fix around 10-15 dollar (doesn't include shampoo). As a hair salon, five stars! However as a nail salon, it was just average or below average to be honest, nothing was phenomenal. (Because the lady wearing glasses rushed to finish mine :( which made my acrylics get lifted as soon as I got home.) Anyway I found the new gem and glad to have a salon near me!

Fast friendly service they were done within 15 - 20 minutes I asked for Han but she works later in the afternoon but it was fine and that I needed the cut anyways because I needed to look nice at a San Diego wedding in August 23, 2024

I have 3b/3c hair and I have been looking for a new salon to go to since I just moved here and I read some great reviews about this place. The salon itself is very clean and beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and overall amazing. My haircut was EXACTLY what I asked for and I LOVED it. I would highly recommend this salon. :)
