Clean and comfy!My daughter and I stayed at this Oakhurst hotel on Memorial Day weekend while visiting Yosemite National Park. We brought two dogs so our hotel choices were limited but we were happy with our selection. With traffic on Sunday, it was about 1.5 hours to get to the gate. Without traffic on Monday, it took about 35 minutes. The hotel is located at the end of the highway not far from where the mountain begins. The parking lot had plenty of spaces surrounding the hotel. The hotel was clean, modern and in great condition. Amenities included an indoor pool, spacious fitness center, laundry facilities, a tiny store and complimentary Continental breakfast. Our double queen room was spacious and relaxing. The bathroom was bright and contemporary with a shower only. The breakfast area was the typical Hilton Continental breakfast with a serve yourself all you can eat bar with eggs, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, waffles breakfast meats and beverages. Complimentary coffee was also available for most of the day.Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Horrible customer service.I had an emergency procedure 2 days before my trip. Tried to cancel my hotel reservation with doctor's notes. They disagreed with my request, I had to speak to both Riley and Christa thru third party, they seem very unfriendly and denied on their end.

I was so impressed that this Hotel is about to celebrate 18 months of operation. It's so clean and inviting with four floors for guests to stay or play throughout the day. This evening was fully booked, so it definitely helps to plan ahead months in advance for your stay in Oakhurst. Did I mention breakfast is free the morning of your stay and starts at 6:30 AM? Although limited, it is quite filling and just makes your day a little better with a full stomach. Upon checking in, Krista was an angel in finding a suitable room for us on the fourth floor which has a beautiful view of the mountains. I did remember others that have experienced her kindness, so keep up the great work and thank you for making our stay the best of any hotel we've stayed at in the Sierras!

My family and I stayed here for the first weekend of Horsetail Fall at Yosemite. Staff were super friendly and very informative. We were able to get YURTS bus schedule, maps and brochures for Yosemite. Hotel's public areas and guest rooms were clean. I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was next door at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. I was looking forward to the waffles at Hampton. But overall, our experience was great. We will definitely return in the summer when we come to visit again.

We have stayed a lot of Hampton Inn hotels, and this is first time we have ever had to pay for parking. The only place I go expecting to pay for parking is a hotel in an urban downtown area. Wifi wasn't very good, either. I definitely didn't like the positioning of the TV - done if you are watching from the small couch in the room, but we watch TV from our bed. Hotel doesn't have great soundproofing- heard quite a few footsteps above. Breakfast was okay, but again, not quite as good as other Hamptons we have stayed at. Employees were very nice. If I could, I would rate 3.5

Very very very happy with our accommodations at this hotel. 1st, Christa was exceptional in fixing an error that we accidentally made in double booking for the same night with Expedia. Actually Expedia wasn't going to fix the double charge but Christa came to our rescue and worked it all out. Thank You again Christa... you are so good at what you do... we had a wonderful time in Yosemite that will not be forgotten for a lifetime... and The Hampton Inn served to facilitate such and incredible time and sights to be seen. Finally Lisa at the front desk was so very kind running up new towels for us when we needed them. I could only give 5 stars but really overall, they were a 10/10... THANK YOUTHANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

What quick get away for the weekend. We stayed at the Hampton inn in Oakhurst. It is a new hotel for roughly over a year. The staff were excellent in getting us checked in. The room was excellent and the view of the mountains were breathtaking. Staffs suggestion on restaurants snd places to go were very helpful. Best part was breakfast in the morning. The fun part was making your own waffle.

This review is directly related to our experience with Krista the Assistant General Manager. My partner and I have visited this hotel many times when we come visit Yosemite and were excited to bring our family along. While we were checking in we were greeted by Jason and he explained that the room were not available yet. We were trying to communicate with Jason when Krista interrupted his and spoke to us very rudely. We were trying to understand various concerns we had due to an online issue and she was very rude and aggressive. Jason on the other hand was very kind and helpful. Thank you Jason!!!
