Just got my first cut and color in a year due to staying safe and being precautionary.Got in right at 3 with an appointment.. Maria was great... cut off all the dead ends, color is perfect... I appreciate how conscientious Maria was to get the coloring off my skin before I walked put of the store...Thank you so much Maria!

Great walk in salon! Everyone was super friendly greeted everyone as they walked in, making you feel appreciated! Todays service was with Marina she was professional and very knowledgeable. I described what I needed and she gave me exactly what I wanted! super fast cut with the quality I needed!

During this pandemic, this place is doing their part to keep their customers and employees safe and healthy. Friday 10am I called to see if a reservation was needed. No appointment needed but only a set number of customers are allowed in the salon at one time, "so you may be asked to come back or wait outside." Good to know before showing up. However, there was an appointment available in 20 minutes. Oh yes! I haven't been to the salon in months, so I got my shoes on and hopped in the car.When checking in at the front desk, I was asked all the appropriate questions and had my temperature taken. No problem. While I waited momentarily in the waiting area I noticed there were no magazines (germs) and social distancing areas marked. All employees were wearing masks. Thank you Haircuts Plus.The young woman that cut and colored my hair did an excellent job. I will definitely ask for her again the next time.

I went in to have a pamper day for myself as I have been very depressed and feeling ugly about myself. I showed Marina a picture of a balayage that I wanted and I got highlights that were brassy. The balayage i wanted is posted below. The highlights aren't even fully throughout my hair, they are on the top section and maybe mid section of my hair. I walked in excited to walk out feeling beautiful from a fresh new look and instead I walked out feeling worse about myself. I called and let the manager know what happened and today I received a call from the hairstylist stating that she could fix it but it was either going to be $60 or she could do another highlight session for $120. After I paid $287. Why do I have to pay for you to fix my hair after you screwed it up? That's ridiculous! I will never go back. I showed you a picture and got something completely different. Also I came home and put color over what she did. If someone shows you a picture of what they want do what they show you. Not what you want and if you can't do someone's hair then get out of the business.

I always get my haircut here but for the first time I got a haircut I didn't ask for even though I showed NICK a picture of the type of hair cut I wanted. I explained to Nick that my hair is curly and it pops up 2-3 inches but it lays flatter in the back, so I always get an A-line cut. He told me he didn't recommend that haircut even though I always get the same type of cut. I explained and showed him why I need it longer in the front and shorter in the back. I know my own hair he doesn't. Nick completely ignored what I explained to him and cut my hair all the same length and also unevenly. Now that my hair is dry it is shorter in the front and longer in the back, so I basically have a V-cut when I asked for an A-line cut. I always like to give a generous tip for hair stylists, but this is the first time I left no tip, and I also won't be returning as long as Nick is working there. He ruined the vibe for me. If someone tells you exactly what they want, you don't give them what you think they should have. Nick is incompetent and gives bad customer service.

The last three times I've gone I've had a bad experience because the stylist Mo. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time because she was sick, the second time it was clear she had a bad attitude, and the third time she never put my name on the list and continued to service others in front of me. Besides her, I've had good experiences with everyone.
