Hair To Dye For

Katy's been cutting my hair for a few years. For the longest time I had her cut my hair the same way everytime. And I trusted her and it always came out great. The last two times I've had her get riskier and try new styles and she's been able to cut exactly the way I envisioned ... hard to find a stylist that can do that and you can trust. Everyone always checks in with you to make sure you're helped and comfortable when you wait. ( I'm always early)

Love Michelle! She's the best in town! She is the only person I trust with my nails! Can't say enough about this salon!

Michelle has been doing my hair (color & cuts) as well as my nails for almost ten years...and I haven't trusted my hair to anyone else that entire time - to the point that when I relocated to Texas for a few years, I would return every few months so that I could get my hair done. Over the years I've watched her do just about every type of cut & color, with expertise and ease. Her talent & skill level truly is well above the area she is in, she could branch out to a much bigger city & do incredibly well, but she chooses to stay in Chowchilla in order to have a more intimate/family type relationship with her clients, which I absolutely respect. I absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to get a fantastic cut/color

Horrible place!! I went there to get my hair dyed by katy who had no idea what she was doing, she dyed my hair 3-4 times because she had no idea what she was doing.she kept asking a lady who worked there named michelle what should i do.I don't know how she got her licencse she sucks ass!!. And michelle was rude she was mad because i didn't like how my hair came out. Like why do you have people there working if they don't know what there doing.Please don't waist your time and money on people who are not professional!!!

Michelle is the best! She always gets me in as quick as possible. She is good at cutting my hair and styling it and she does it in a quick matter! Highly recommend Michelle!

I'm just gong by the reviews! I was thinking of checking it out but there was so much good and bad reviews. Probably Not!

I've used their services there several times. I know the thing is to go in (and like a bartender) you tell your story to push the time along. But I find it rude and unnecessary or them to talk about other clients to other clients. I've overheard her talking about other clients many times. She even complained she had not heard from one in a while. Hmmm, could be for this very reason.... Perhaps take a hint. Your shop is dull with nothing exclusive or exciting about it. I have felt unwelcome and unless I'm a local farmer or part of an exclusive family (though I am a native of Chowchilla) your importance is null. I'm not comfortable there. And Michelle is just flat out rude.... I also find it NOT classy at all for a shop owner who is a hairdresser who does not take pride in her appearance. She does not inspire me to come back.If your going to own a business put some pride in it. Treat ALL customers with respect and dignity. Even if they belong to another hairdresser there. If they say hello, you say hello back and make them feel unwelcome. Just not the vibe I think a shop in a small town should be sending to any client that walks through the door. I do t care how good you might be. A client has to feel welcomed when they sit in that chair.
