Hacienda Tequila

We were looking for some Mexican food in Clovis, found this place on google. Food is on point . We order fajitas, they were reallly good . Our server Carlos was very attentive, excellent service. Will definitely be back .

Great ambiance and decor. Some of the traditional Mexican fare is good but don't bother with others. Taquitos are supposed to be with corn tortilla but these are made with flour and they lose their crisp right away. They have two kinds of chile rellenos fried and soft. The fried has a shell but is not like a Chile relleno at all. Rice and beans are good but the main fare could be better. I want this to be my favorite Mexican restaurant but it's just not there yet. Staff can be friendlier. They are very businesslike. Just get your order and fulfill it. Not much else.

My auntie had a hankering for Mexican food so I looked for something nearby and Hacienda popped up. I had been here years ago but just hadn't made my way back. ANYway, we stopped in for lunch and were seated immediately. Auntie had chicken enchiladas, I had enchilada suizas and the hubby had chicken sopes. We all really liked how the chicken was very tender. And their prices are incredibly reasonable. Lunch for the three of us was $45, wow!

Been awhile since leaving them a review. This is my Mexican food go to! Their Carne Asada is the BEST! Oh I've had plenty of good asada, theirs is done over charcoal and oh so tender! We always get the grande plate to split. This time we got two soft rellanos and an asada chima. Delicious! Washing it all down with large Negra Modelo!

Service was great and server was nice. The drinks are amazing and refreshing with so many options. Restaurant is clean with lots of seating. The food is consistently good!

Came by here and ordered a Coktel de Camaron and it was just ok, there wasn't much flavor and the shrimp were pretty small. The service was good and the place was clean, but not sure I'd come back.

We REALLY like Hacienda Tequila and here are the reasons why we eat there on a weekly basis;-Cheerful, friendly, COURTEOUS staff (across the board)-Spacious, airy, building with booths by windows and the feeling of privacy-CLEAN restaurant & restroom with bright, happy colors :)-Consistent, delicious food quality with reasonable prices-Mexican music. For the life of me, I don't understand WHY other ethnic restaurants don't GET THIS! It adds SO MUCH to the overall experience of being transported to another country by the 'sound' environment you create! HACIENDA GETS IT!Personally, I think they have the BEST shredded beef tacos in town. They also have a pretty delicious charbroiled chicken, that my husband often requests his enchiladas to be made out of. They have a mild shredded cabbage 'salsa' that has no 'heat', which my husband likes and hogs. Their tortilla chips are very thin and crispy (Uh-oh, now I want some) and their red salsa has a nice heat to it. . . My minimum is two bowls of it. LOL!They offer WHOLE BEANS or refried beans. They also serve a deep crimson hibiscus drink (Jamaica), that is lightly sweetened, delicious, and can EVEN lower your blood pressure! Don't believe me? Look it up!Five stars because of ALL of the above!

This place was great and produced a comfortable environment. A friend and I came here on hot afternoon after a long morning of work. Grabbed a two item combination of shredded beef taco and chicken enchilada. The food was good and hit the spot perfectly. The Dos Equis Amber on tap was ice cold and the shot of well tequila, Hornitos, was perfect. Thanks for having us!

Love this place!! Carne asada y mas is my go to favorite. Try the chicken poblano or bacon wrapped shrimp too! Cabbage salsa is amazing and different from most places. Great family owned location, owners Carlos and Maria are personable! Oh, don't forget to get a margarita during your visit. Still our go to Mexican food place in Fresno/Clovis.

Service was a bit horrible just to be seated, all the employees were behind the register and looked lost. I had to mention my family had a reservation about 3 times to 3 different employees. Once seated the waiter was super nice and patient as we had a party of 10, food was ok but the margarita was better. They do sing happy birthday to you but don't expect much as they only bring a plate of whip cream for you.
