At first, I was going to knock off a star due to price, but you know what, when I consider the price to the good food and overall experience, no, I should not knock off a star. My daughter and I shared a Santa Barbara char from the Fresno State spot a couple weeks ago and we've been obsessed since. Today we each got the Santa Barbara char, shared onion rings and she got a cookie shake.Service is fantastic, everyone we encountered and observed went out of their way to be friendly and engaging, seriously, these reps went out of their way.Our food was delicious, but I couldn't finish, so they provided a bag for me to take home.

6/19/24 Free Chicken Club with purchases!! Thank you!! Order on app and set up for curbside. No mayo with BBQ sauce and onion rings. Arrive, check in and it was brought right out by a kind worker. You couldn't add a spicy sauce on the app, but he was happy to bring it out. Appreciated!! Lunchtime! Chicken club was fresh & tasty! Love the avocado! Dipped it in the spicy sauce and BBQ sauce and that made it even better!! Onion rings were Grear too! Tasty & crunchy! Of course the spicy sauce made it even better!! Shares my onion rings and mother loves hers with ranch! The sandwich is large. I had half. Plus, even with sharing the onion rings, there's more left! Pretty much,, another tasty lunch!! Good service, convenient curbside and Great, Delicious lunch!! Highly recommended!! Thank you Habit for the free chicken club too!!

Never fail to disappoint!!! My food stayed hot all the way on my 15 minute drive home! It was made with zero mistakes! And they have every sauce you can think of! Including peppers and jalapenos! I was over charged for a fry... I didn't even notice or care....and the manager came out gave me free burger coupons and apologized! BEST customer service ever! The lobby was clean and cool! It's hot in Fresno today 112 to be exact and they did not fail to keep restaurant refreshing! thank you once AGAIN for anexcellent experience!!!!-

I'm out here visiting Fresno for work. Driving around after a long day looking for something to eat before I fall asleep in my hotel. I stop at the Habit because they're the best burgers in the world (debatable I know). The service was quick. Place was clean. Ordered a double char with fries and an extra side of onion rings. They made the order quick and boy was I starving. This is where it all went downhill.... The cashier decided that my meal could all fit in one small bag. Shoved all the way to the top. Meanwhile the to-go order next to mine had two nice handled bags with sprinkles of magic. I was unsure if this was protocol but I took it anyways. Driving the whole 1mi back to the hotel I was salivating at the smells coming from the bag. Park and get out and reach in to grab the bag. And it proceeds to rip apart from the condensation from the food. Burger, fries, and rings go flying all over the ground. Of course it was muddy too. Needless to say I'm not eating what I had hoped for dinner. Perhaps better care should have been in mind from the cashier in packaging my order.

My wife and I love this place. The salads are delicious. The burgers are way better than that. Sorry in and out onion rings are way more crisp beer. The food is more fresh. The meat patties are thicker than the tomato slices not like in and out all in all this place is the best.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb salad, and while there was plenty of chicken and cheese, the other ingredients were substandard. The lettuce, in particular, was not only wilted, it was so wilted it was slimy. The salad was inedible. Very disappointing in light of how expensive it is. Frankly, I hope I do not get sick from the little bit I was able to force down!!If I could give less than one star, I would!
