Went back and my burger was great. Employee were super nice, my burger was nice and fresh. Everything was perfect. I was super happy with my order this time.

Yuck! I just went to this place & almost turned around & took this nasty old dry-as-a-bone Char Burger back! Totally tasteless! The bun was old & hard as a rock! I should have just gone to McDonald's! What a waste of time!!

Here's my first visit in Central CA while visiting family... my aunt's home had just lost power for just over a day & we weren't in the mood to cook but didn't want Chinese takeout (her usual choice). I was surprised that she wanted to eat a burger so I split the order with my cousin. Their online ordering system was straightforward & user-friendly, allowing customizations too.; I was done in a couple of mins. & given an estimated 10-min. pick-up.My cousin's family prefer THBG over the other fast-casual/fast food restaurants, & I can see why for their menu options & side variations. My double-cheese burger was missing the cheese that we paid for & the patty was a tad dry; otherwise, it was a pretty decent burger. The spicy green beans was also missing a condiment: red pepper sauce drizzle; I liked the spice kick from the togarashi & really enjoyed this different veggie side option. I often season my sides with togarashi whether at home or eating out if it's an option that this was pleasant surprise from The Habit. I wonder what it would taste like with the red pepper sauce. Hmmm... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ My husband enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich & cut his own avocado (a whole one) as an add-on. Both sets of fries were lukewarm, a bit greasy, & a little limp from condensation. The kids enjoyed their cheeseburger & fries... overall, it filled our bellies for the night. Unlike my picks, my cousin's order was fulfilled accurately.Price points are a little higher, but not outrageous, than some fast food burger joint with different side options: sweet potato fries & green beans. Can't comment on service other than the timeliness & inaccuracies of our order.Not my 1st choice for burger cravings, but acceptable. If my aunt ever has cravings when I'm in town, I'll definitely be back.Recommended: Double Char, Grilled Chicken, Charburger with Cheese, Kids Cheeseburger, Spicy Green Beans, Sweet Potato Fries, Fries.

I would avoid this location. Their salads are good at both fig garden and Manchester but this one was one of the worst salads I've ever had. Old, limp lettuce and soggy tomatoes. Barely any chicken at all. It tasted so old. I am surprised, being that this is a new location and in a good area. I thought that the food was going to be good and fresh like their other locationsI won't be back.

Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by everyone in the back grill. They have three ordering kiosk if you're tech savvy. If not there's two registers you can order from. There's ample seating inside and parking outside as well. The wait was kind of long but it was as expected since it's pretty busy. The seating area was nice. They had tables and chairs and also booths available. The food was freshly made which is why it took some time but it's appreciated to get freshly made meals. The fries I ordered with no salt and the charburger with cheese. It was delicious and wasn't greasy.

Lunch time, ordered a chicken club sandwich, fries, and a drink ($20). The sandwich was tiny with very little chicken and barely any avocado. (the avocado looked like it was rotten/turning brown) The bread wasn't crisp toasty but kind of soggy. Probably the most disappointing Habit I've been to. Service was good and the place was clean, but food was very disappointing especially for the price. It's amazing how you can order the exact same thing at different Habits and it will be completely different.

Imagine for but a brief moment how hard it would be to actually become terribly ill after a long, hard day of work just from having nothing more than an ice cream cone, or maybe even half a milkshake.Now imagine how hard it would be to work at the Habit Grill on Herndon and Brawley, and how the most complex and difficult questions you're faced with as a shift manager and/or employee are: "Is the milk and ice cream unspoiled?" Or "am I assembling the incredibly simple sandwich I am tasked with making correctly?" Or perhaps, "am I making a bare-minimum effort to greet my customers and treat them with a base level of deference and respect?"Well, if the answer to those questions are all a resounding "no" (regardless of whether you're intelligent enough to comprehend such long sentences) then you're well-suited for your job at the Habit Grill on Herndon and Brawley.Convenient as it may be to have a drive-thru in Northwest Fresno, avoid this inconsistent location if you can, or you may risk mental and/or bowel frustrations.Y.W.

Hamburger lettuce salad was god awful. Now I'm sad. I didn't know eating right would be this hard. Now I'm definitely destined to be fat. Aww forever alone. This is the salad the broke the camels back. If I ever need to remind myself how terrible life could be I'm gana order another salad from habit. Well, on the bright side it's all up hill from here and Taco Bell is open. Maybe this might be a way to bring us all together for holidays trauma bonding with my family. This mush salad chopped thinner than my wallet after holiday shopping and now I have to walk this meal to the trash. Well, Still hungry...

I don't really know how they do things at the habit but me and my boyfriend waited at LEAST 10 min in the drive thru for someone to finally take our payment. Mind you there was no one behind us either the whole 10 min. They didn't even make the drinks beforehand either which was another minute of waiting. I used to work at Taco Bell so I like to give as much patience as possible to the drive thru crew since I know how it is but seriously, did it really have to take 10 min of us waiting to take our payment. No apologies from the staff either after opening the window.
