H Massage

The most horrible , no customer service unfriendly vibe & low maintenance Ladies room .... No soap , Vacuum cleaner in fromt of sink blocking the way to wash ur hands in Ladies room all not ready for client..... not worth the money as if I don't have a massage at all.... A lot of interruptions , pauses and both me & my husband didn't like it .... Both massage lady talking loudly in front of us .... AC/ fan blowing non stop & did not care about customers.... Poor service.... They might close up their shop for that matter!!!!! I guess no one will come back first & the last..... please refrain from coming here not worth ur money

This is the best massage shop I ever had. The girls are very friendly and they are very professional. I will come back.

My service was 6/10 they wanted to demand a 20% tip and they didn't give me a full body, they only did my upper body and thighs even though I paid for my feet. Not sure what's going on here but I won't be coming back

I've come to this place a couple of times and usually do the 60min body massage. So I thought to treat myself before my birthday last week but this time it wasn't the best customer service wise. I called in to make an appointment for 60min body and 30 min foot combo. Once I came in, I was greeted and they repeated what I wanted the 60min body&30min foot combo. The massage was good, once she finished the body massage she said I was done, I was confused and thought maybe they take me to another room for the foot massage? Once she left I noticed that the time had been 90mins. So I received the wrong the service from what I requested. Once I go out and pay they told me they added $10 which I'm assuming cause they ended up giving me a 90min full body. I tipped 10% and then they asked for more money... I felt really awkward and uncomfortable at that point, end of an era for me.

Saturday, 5/14/2022 - Took my lovely mama to "H Massage" for a massage for a late Mother's Day gift. Address is 2141 Shaw Ave, Clovis, CA 93611. Located in a small shopping plaza at the corner. Upon arrival:Pros: 1) lots of parking. 2) when you enter, it's really small. There's really no room to wait inside. 3) after you check in, best if you wait outside till they call you in. Or walk in one at a time to check in. 4) the man at the front desk was very nice. 5) they have little rooms in the back. 6) I got the $30.00, 30 min foot massage. The masseuse I got was pretty good. Her name was Sunny. She did good on my feet massage. 7) Cons:1) my mom and other person didn't have a good experience with their masseuse. Their masseuse didn't massage hard enough. They said it felt like soft touches only. They were disappointed. 2) I paid for 30 mins massage. I only got 25 minutes. 3) there was no water offered. 4) my room was small. 5) no table to set my stuff down. But there was a hanger. Conclusion:Not too bad massage. I liked my masseuse. She did good on me. I had a his experience here. If you go, I hope you have a good experience too.

Man. There was a lot wrong with my massage, I asked for medium to hard pressure, but there was no change when I asked for harder pressure... But!! the thing that takes the cake is that I got bed bugs from here. I am not making this up, I am not a bitter client. I went to a doctor the next day and told them what happened, told them every other possibility it could be and the doc said based on the pattern on having it on both sides of my back and it being within one day it was most definitely the massage place. I wish I was kidding. I have nothing against the workers or owners (I don't know any of them, I'm from out of state), I just want to share my experience.

I just want to reiterate that I come here at least once a month and my tendons are so tight until I come. It doesn't matter which masseuse I get - they are incredible. It's clean, they're friendly and helpful. They remember me and I recommend H massage to everyone. Woman owned and operated. One of my favorite businesses in Clovis.

Please don't go here. They don't actually give you a massage. They will push around your spine with their elbow. When asked if they could use their hand they only used their palm and continue to push around. When I asked them if they could rub my back. They said no. I also asked if they could only rub my lower back when I checked in and they told me no problem, but when I got into the room the massage therapist said no and started rubbing my whole back. When I asked for the massage therapist to only rub my lower back and please stop pushing my spine because it was hurting. She said she was the massage therapist experience. It was doing it right. The lady upfront did offer me another therapist and would give me 15 minutes free. I declined because I was in more pain than when I started. I was only in the room 10-15 minutes but they charged me for the full 30 minutes.

Good massage, been here twice no complaints. Friendly staff and will definitely recommend

The most horrible massage ever... They did my massage just lightly moved around on my body. Also talking crap to each other in their language. Made my mother uncomfortable by getting way to close to private areas. Also talked crap for leaving a small tip because it was an awful massage. They talked the entire time so there was no relaxation and were clearly talking about my mom and I in a bad way. I used to come here all the time but after today I will never return! Made grunting sound at my tip like an animal.
