I love the vibe of the store and whenever I've been there it's always been neat. The music has a gay club vibe which I'd say is a positive. Their prices are reasonable and there's a decent amount of stylish clothing on sale.However, it almost feels like there's a steal trade off on cheap prices, with ridiculous wait times in line because H&M isn't hiring more employees to man the cashier.I waited in line for a few minutes until I decided to sign up for a membership which took a few minutes while I waited for the next 3 people ahead of me to check. I went through the app to see their coupons which was another few minutes. The girl checking out finally was getting close to paying but the cashier was taking her sweet time carefully folding the clothes to put it in the damn paper bag they're now charging us 10 cents for. I found a coupon I liked and activated it like it said to do in store as it had a 15 minute expiration time. The cashier again took forever to fold everyone's damn clothes to put them in their bags. Meanwhile I'm standing there with their advertisement that each paper bag they sell goes to a non-profit to help our environment which is great but they literally make so much money to fix some simple issues with the flow of check out yet they don't do it. I don't really blame the employees. I blame the company. For their sucky app and abysmal wifi connection. They're the only place in the mall I struggle with as much with the wifi. Anyways, nearly 10 minutes elapsed in line while on my coupon until I finally checked in.I used to love the store and overlooked the check out experience but I've grown sick of it.

I am a fan of H&M for my granddaughter. It's an easy place to shop with her to find fun fashion in her size and at reasonable prices. Men's, women's, children's clothing, some shoes, a few fashion items.The Fashion Fair store is convenient, located just east of JC Penneys. During the pandemic you must enter and exit through the mall entrance, so don't park in front of the building, expecting to walk in directly from the parking lot. Don't expect much service, either, but the store is laid out well enough to figure it out. Check out takes place in one central location.

Bought two pairs of pants online during Black Friday. Turns out, they were the wrong size. No problem, H&M return policy states I can exchange it. I guess this location hasn't gotten that memo from corporate yet. Cashier told me she "didn't have the power" to exchange the items. Okay, then get someone who does have the power? No help at all, she just said I would have to buy the pants at the full price rather than exchange them. Sad that the Riverpark location is closed, I would rather go there than deal with the employees at the Fashion Fair location.

It had a very fun and welcoming environment. The staff were very helpful! They helped me find just what I needed. The store was clean and organized. Loved how everyone was wearing masks and they disinfected the register each time someone cashed out. Definitely will continue to shop here!

Today Dec.16 I went in to return some clothes I bought. I'm waiting line like everyone else 2nd to cashier. The manager came to direct the line. She yells out anyone paying cash behide me. She has her back to me and I have my back to hers. I turn around I'm returning, I paid in cash. Well you can wait there in that line, because you didn't say anything. When I turn around your back was in my face. Nancy you fucken dumb bitch!!! You don't need to be a manager. You need to go back to training!! I was in line you pull another customer in front of me... I did speak up. Think about if you were in my situation! I'm usually not mad, but you did me wrong!!

I love this store so much! Every single time I come in, the manager JC always makes sure I'm taken care of. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Everything is organized and easy to find. Definitely coming back over and over again.

Be careful when your teenagers buy something there, my daughter bought a hoodie and found out later it was ripped, next weekend we went back and we werent allowed to exchange it because supposedly it was already used, when not. I explained to the manager the situation, but she said it's their policy, and our responsability to check every single item, we just want an exchange, good hoodie, not the money back, I called costumer service and the same thing, but they said the manager in charge can make it work, but the manager named TRISHA in Fresno Fashion Fair Mall, didn't provide us with any help , I even asked if i could at least get credit for stuff like this or anything. I can't believe they couldn't make things work out, they just lost 5 costumers in my family, and I'll make sure tell all the people I know to keep away from this brand, and honestly how many of us ( imagine teenagers) have bought something to find later to have a little damage or something and other stores always try to work with us, but H&M didn't even try trying.Keep away from H&M

REVIEW FOR Sales Agent: 594775Clearly needs better training when it comes to customer service. This man was Very rude and made me feel EXTREMELY UNWELCOMED. Walked into the fitting room waiting to try on clothes. I told them how many outfits I had. This sales rep and another woman sales rep were talking then proceeds to just look at me the at each other then sales rep 594775 just rolls his eyes. BOTH Sales reps still don't say anything to me but the female sales rep just proceeds to give me a number and room. Then as I am waiting to check out (unlucky for me) I end up getting Sales Agent 594775 AGAIN. He proceeds check the person before me out, making typical small talk with them. Then when that person leaves, this sales rep just proceeds to stand there without saying anything (keep in mind he is not putting anything away or cleaning up around his area. He is literally just standing there looking at me, but not saying anything). I proceed to just walk up to his register after standing there awkwardly for about a good minute because at this point, clearly he is not looking to speak to me for some reason. He doesn't say ANYTHING to me the entire time. THEN AS I LEAVE HE PROCEEDS TO CALL THE NEXT CUSTOMER IN LINE AND ASKS HOW THEY ARE DOING. . VERY COLD, VERY RUDE, VERY UNWELCOMING FOR NO REASON. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I just don't understand why people treat others like this for no apparent reason. Just horrible.

I love h and m. The cashier was so kind and helpful. I get that sometimes the wait in line is long, but people need to learn patience. It's not the workers fault so don't take it out in them. Anyways the dude was so nice and very helpful. Let me use my friends 5 dollar coupon too we so both got to use it. He also told us how you can bring a big of clothes and get a $15 dollar coupon for the store. So cool!!!
