Definitely a place for teachers to build ideas from and create welcoming classroom environments. The service is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and give suggestions on how to improve any idea you may have.

They have every color of bulletin board paper and construction paper imaginable; they also have a great selection of borders in every theme a classroom teach might want.Minus two stars because they carry lots of Hispanic and Spanish-language materials and decorations to make Spanish teachers happy and kids from south of the boarder feel welcome. But they carry almost nothing reflecting the culture of the Asian kids in our community. Yeah, there is some Chinese stuff, but there aren't nearly as many kids from the Mainland around here as there are kids from SE Asia. You can find dragons and Lunar New Year decor, but what about the Hmong New Year?Minus one star for their prices. 25 freakin' cents for a PENCIL? That sucker better to gold plated for that price. $10 for a cheapo desk bell? Sure, it's painted with with cute little apples and rulers on it, but please, $10? $12.99 for a timer shaped like and apple? Yeah, I'm a sucker for classroom kitsch, so I went ahead and bought it. Damn thing broke after a couple of weeks.Sometimes I go there with a purchase order, and sometimes I just shop there for myself. Either way, their prices really bug me.

Elizabeth, the manager here was amazing. There was a mix up with my order and she solved the problem. She even gave me a book for all my troubles. I had to come back and forth to the store a few times to straighten out the problem and she was so understanding and helpful. I truly appreciate her. She was great!

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Great selection, terrible owner and management. The store is in a random hard to find spot and is filthy. Prices are inflated even at a discount or so called sale event. Most of the employees were nice enough although I do believe one of them has a horrible hygiene issue. Will never ever return here.

I had a terrible experience here. It was enough for me to create a yelp account just to leave this review then I called my friends and family and told them never to shop here again. First of all, no one was at the front and I waited around for forever to be seen by anybody regardless of ringing the service bell. The lady I met did not greet me with a smile in fact she was very off-putting in her customer service rhetoric. Not to mention how overpriced everything is. I went to purchase two plastic stencils for helping little children write letters. This plastic is so weak I could break it over my knee without effort. My total was $44.86... That's not only outrageous but since when did teacher salaries allow for them to purchase a stencil for every one of their students at this price. If you have 30 students and you bought these stencils for each student it would equate to $1,345.80 what a rip off.

This is a review of an online purchase-I ordered 28 items and received 5 after waiting over two weeks. I was told that the rest of the items I ordered were on backorder (there is no information on the website to indicate merchandise is on back order). The total amount of the products received was aprox. $25, and I was charged over $11 shipping (70% of the total shipping charges).I contacted GW to ask for a refund on the shipping and was offered a $2 store credit. Took a trip down to the Fresno store (something I was trying to avoid) and found most of the "back ordered" items on the shelves. Ridiculously frustrating experience. Expensive lesson learned.
