Came here for the first time for lunch cuz I was craving Mexican food! The photos popped up on Yelp and the food looked delicious so we decided to try it out! The buche and tripa had us sold. LolWhen we got to the address we were surprised this place was inside a AM/PM. I didn't mind at all cuz it had its own little area. Staff was friendly. We ordered their Bistec Ranchero Burrito for me cuz a sign was on the front register. Caught my eye. My mans ordered our daughter a shrimp taco and he ordered 2 buche and 1 tripa which we would've ordered 2 tripa and 1 buche except they charge extra for their tripa (sorry didn't catch the exact amount); it also doesn't state that in their menu. We also ordered a large horchata.Food came out within 10-15 minutes (see photos below). The burrito was okay; tasted like something from Chipotle. The tripa was BOMB; buche was okay. Loved their tripa! It was super crunchy; reminded me of crispy bacon. Their Horchata I would give 3 stars. Sorry, but had too much of something (perhaps cinnamon?) idk the horchata from AM/PM which we later purchased for $.89 cuz we weren't about to pay another $4.50 tasted better to me (idk maybe it's all the high fructose syrup) lol. Had better horchata elsewhere is where I'm getting at. Haha.Anyways, would rate this place a 4. Loss points for their small portions..other than that, come check them out!PS: Extra portions of protein $2.50 as of 6/2024.

An unexpected find at an AM/PM fuel station! Friendly staff, large variety of menu items, generous portions and great tasting food. It's definitely more than gas station food! The food is authentic and plentiful. The quality is good and with good portions. They didn't skimp on ingredients for my bfast burrito! It's a good place to get take out even if you don't need gas! I'm already a repeat customer! You won't be disappointed!

Was very surprised by the food here! I've heard good things, but today I wanted to give them a try for myself; I'm glad I did. Note: I did order through DoorDash so your selections and how things come might be completely different then how I ordered today.I got a regular Asada burrito, they had a supreme for a dollar more "$13.99", it's "$12.99" for a regular burrito on DoorDash and an additional charge for Asada. The description said the regular burrito only came with meat, so I asked for rice as well and I'd pay the difference. I don't know if they were just being nice, or the burrito already came with both, but they gave me beans and rice for no charge. The supreme comes with both plus pico, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I don't need/want all that. Just a basic burrito for me. So thank you to the crew working today, I appreciate the love. The burrito was very hefty! Great flavor, the meat tastes marinated, unlike most other spots, this one looked and tasted more flavorful! The tortilla was perfect. Rice and beans were good, but I could do without the beans next time around. Just a preference of mine. The green and red sauce here are good! They aren't as spicy as I would like, but for anyone who wants more of a mild flavor, stick with the green. The red does have a small kick, but it gets hotter when you mix it with the green sauce. The Al Pastor Taco was very good! Presentation was beautiful. Only one other spot that I know of in town who puts roasted onion and pepper on your plate, it's a very welcome treat! Plus they also put radish and lemon. They really do take care of the customer here.Overall I very much enjoyed everything here! I was already stuffed off of eating the burrito, but made sure to try the taco "for both you and me" lol. I can't wait to come inside and see what else they have to offer! This place is connected to the ampm on lovers lane. So don't just pass them by next time you're in the area, stop and give them a try! It was very delicious! So good I had to write about it!

This taco shop/restaurant is a hidden gem in southeast Visalia. It's located at the Arco off Lovers Ln. The service is fast and easy. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The portions are generous so come hungry! The chilaquiles can be shared for two or three. There is a small dining area if you want to sit and eat inside. It does get busy for take-out but nothing they cannot handle as the food is prepared fresh and ready quickly. They do have a mayo hot salsa that's pretty tasty and popular with patrons. Give it a try for breakfast, lunch or dinner you won't be disappointed.

The service is great due to the caring and attentive staff. If they make a mistake they put the effort to make things right. I love how they are not shy with the amount of meat they put on the food and their salsa is also good. I highly recommend this place to satisfy your Mexican food cravings.

Go to breakfast burritos. The dinner menu is solid too. U get a lot of food and it tastes great. One of the better Mexican restaurants in Visalia. Even though it's attached to a gas station.
