Grobak Sushi

As good as sushi roll as I've had in fresno. No joke. Better than almost all the restaurants, and as good as the best ones.

They came to visit my workplace and I've been dying to try it for a while! The owners were really sweet in sending me photos of their menu on IG, so I already knew what I wanted to get.I ordered the Monte Carlo roll and takoyaki. My friend ordered the Hamachi roll. Both were super fresh and delicious! The takoyaki was okay, I don't really like it when it's super mushy in the middle. Overall a great experience, it's just that everything is super expensive. It's a once in a while treat.

Just had Grobak Sushi for the first time! They were absolutely delicious! We originally got one roll but then went back for a second me and my boyfriend were very happy with our dinner! We got the orange dragon and the habachi lover.

To start off very friendly staff. I was greeted and helped with the menu which was sweet and simple. We ordered the hamachi lover roll, rainbow roll, unagi dragon roll, and Cali roll. All the sushi rolls were delicious! Nicely made and packed together. The construction of the sushi was good, it was balanced of rice and protein. The fish tasted fresh and well prepared. I was definitely full from that meal, or maybe my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Lol. I can't wait to return and try their rice bowls. My ordered came out super fast and got the order within 3-5 mins.

Fresh sushi, friendly and quick service, I was very impressed. I was initially skeptical of buying sushi from a food truck but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a basic spicy tuna roll and it was super fresh and delicious with 6 pieces that comes packaged with soy sauce, wassabi, ginger and chopsticks. My sister ordered a golden dragon (deep fried) roll and it was delicious as well with a good amount of spicy crab on top. My friend got a Korean corn dog which was half cheese and a half sausage. It was a little small compared to what other places offer but it had great flavor. I would definitely seek this food truck out again.

We picked up the Monte Carlo and the Unagi Dragon rolls. Very delicious and tastes better than some brick and mortar spots! The service was very pleasant and the cashier was super friendly and food came out fairly quickly

Got a Philadelphia roll at the Riverpark farmers market. It was AMAZING! I am a huge sushi lover, it was hands down the best Philly roll I've had since moving to the Central Valley. Great portion of salmon, great flavor. Chefs kiss.

I got the Hamachi Lover roll. It was pretty good and did not taste 'fishy'. I thought prices on rolls are a bit high for a food truck including basic spicy tuna roll which was $12. That stopped me from ordering another roll. It was near my house so I stopped by to try. Service was nice.

I tried their one of their rolls with eel and was completely surprised at how good it was. I was expecting similar quality to the sushi I get buy from Sprouts or WinCo on occasion, but this sushi was even better than some of the restaurants I've been to. The quality and presentation was excellent, and they were able to prepare it rather quickly even though the roll included tempura. I think I waited maybe 8 minutes for it at the most, and everything was absolutely delicious!

Food truck sushi always sounds questionable but I was surprised by how good the rolls were. Quick service when you order ahead. But it also didn't seem too long of a wait if you didn't order ahead, 10-15 minutes, normal.
