Good Appliance

They sold me a dryer with a 90 day warranty which broke within a day and after leaving several messages I was able to speak with someone who said they would come fix it which they never did.

Not reliable. Call about a refrigerator repair and given a time he will come by. Well never arrived. I called again and was told that he would be by in the morning, well did not show up until the afternoon. He got lucky that I had just gotten home. I explained the issues I was having and he just said he knew what the problem was and it would be anywhere from $200-300 for the part plus his labor cost. But that that was only for the one problem. For the other he would have to see what was wrong. He said it would probably run me anywhere from $300-500 plus labor. Now during this time, he keeps mentioning that it will probably take some work to find parts for this refrigerator because of how old. I had mentioned before that if it would be costly then I would rather invest in a new refrigerator since this one was about 15 years old. So I said that if that was going to be then I would just see about buying a new one. He then started saying that I should repair this one because the new ones are no good. Worst company EVER!!!! Was not greeted when my husband and I walked into the local business. Was treated like they didn't want us there. After speaking to the guy he agreed to show up at my home the following day at 3:00pm to repair my refrigerator. He NEVER showed up and NEVER called for an update. I called the following day and was told he would arrive at 3:00pm. Once again, he never showed and never called. I tried reaching out one more time the following day. When I spoke to him, he said he was on his way! And what did he do? NOT SHOW UP!! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stay as far away from these people as possible! If I could give negative stars I would.

The absolute most unprofessional and worst service EVER! Bought washing machine Saturday and installed it myself. Leaked terribly right away. Called Monday and the owner Felipe said he would be out Tuesday at 10:30 am to repair. Hours go by and no Felipe or even a courtesy call with update on time of arrival. 3:30 pm some other inept guy Daniel shows up. All he does is tighten hoses & walks away. Uh I already did that! He leaves and it continues to leak so I continue to try calling and get no answer. As of today still no return call or refund or any customer service to remedy this. Shame on you Felipe! You took my cash and left me with a mess! Don't let the Christian fish on his receipts fool you!

I have been with these guys since 2012. They were the best fast honest and dependable people. I don't know what happened because my last 2 purchases with them have been all bad. I got a dryer that didn't work but I hadn't used it for 2 weeks after the delivered it so my was almost out when it did go bad. The came and reset the thermostat and left promised to fix my wash the next day but never returned. Now the thermostat went out again. I've been calling and when I finally get an answer they lied and said someone would be here around 4 pm or 4:30pm yesterday. The have not came returned my calls or even answered me. I've been calling all more. I will not be dealing with them again! Time to find a new appliance store.

My washer broke yesterday 2/12/21 the guy on the phone said they would be out at noon no one came I called back at 1 then he said they would be out at 3:30 for sure and still no one came out.I'm trying to get a hold of them and nobody answers the phone or calls me back such poor customer service. My warranty is 90 days.I bought the washer January 7 and it already broke.

This place sold us a washer and dryer set, both were broken and the repair guy came out to fix it and it didn't last a week before it broke down again. All these guys do is give you the run around and don't do a good job. I would give this place a negative star if I could. BAD business and service. Big regret purchasing from this place!
