Gong cha Visalia

Really good they let us sample their new strawberry cheesecake drink very delicious. I recommend the soft cream on top of a brown sugar drink delicious

This was one of my go to boba stops when I worked in NorCal and it was always busy. I really enjoy gong cha as it serves some of my favorite teas and til this day it has brought back good memories. The boba tea still hits the spot, would love to see it thrive in Visalia!

This being our first time ever going to a Boba Place, we wanted to make sure to go to one "of many" popping up in Visalia that had the best reviews from my fellow Yelper community. Gong Cha was the front runner; so we had to check it out! It was around 4pm on a weds, we arrived to a busy parking lot but as we approached the front door, the inside had but one guest enjoying what appeared to be a delicious drink. The front staff member was welcoming and greeted us as we came in, the other two staff members were more silent and stayed to themselves. The store's Ambiance is very nice, definitely somewhere you can sit and enjoy your drink without the outside world bothering you.Being a first timer, they do have a small menu board near the register that goes through each step on the ordering process. Plus they have a digital board on top; the one we looked at goes into more detail on how to build and order your drink. This time around my wife knew exactly the one she wanted to try, so we didn't need the help board "that much". My wife did get asked how much ice and how sweet she wanted it. She went with 50% ice and 50% sweet. Pro Tip: they do ask for ice amount and sugar amount, i.e. 0, 10%, 50% "which is the preferred amount in sugar" but I would personally say not the right amount in ice. Go higher amount in ice, it will melt quickly. But they even go to 100% in ice amount and sugar which is the most sweet.The drink came out to around 5 and change, 7 with the 2 dollar tip. I didn't feel like a drink this time around, but the price isn't too bad for a medium sized drink. The overall flavor was "good" not "great". The pearls are absolutely not needed for these drinks, they really don't do anything except add a texture to an already decent beverage that works fine on its own. The tea was a little watered down, the ice melted quickly from the time we got the drink to the time we got halfway home. The pearls didn't really have flavor. They were just kinda "there". But the Drink had the brown sugar flavor, it was nice! Nice enough to Definitely come back for another round and this time I plan on trying one of my own. Pro Tip: By The front Door they do have a "Mask Required" sign. Don't know if they're still following procedures for Covid, but we were respectful to keep our masks on. Definitely give this place a try if you're on Mooney and looking for a delicious tea or boba.

Yummy Matchas and many other boba drinks available. Fast ordering and pick up in person and online. No biggie but this location did not have boba keychains available last time I went (reward I earned from being a frequent Gong Cha customer). Highly recommend and will be back next time I'm in the area.

love love ! i love the fact you can customize your own drink and make it to your liking. comes out perfect everytime. indoor seating and very cozy as well. staff is sweet and quick. if you have any bad reviews it's because you made your drink wrong lol. will definitely be coming back for my drink.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their drink selection ranges from tea, milk tea, smoothies and coffees. The smoothies are my favorite. The optional boba is always soft (fresh) & plentiful. One nice option with all the drinks here is the ability to select the level of sweetness. 30-50-70-100%

Pretty darn good!I like how you can choose the sweetness of your drink and the amount of ice. Cute environment, bathrooms were clean Workers just need to smile lol

This place is great. You can customize your drink to your likes and the staff is very helpful with our questions. Our three teas were all really good and refreshing, the boba was warm as it should be in your tea. Definitely coming back when we need refreshing tea.

I am so happy they opened one of these in Tulare. Their strawberry marble is delicious! But if you want something not as sweet the strawberry earl grey milk tea is perfect! Their boba is always perfect! Their mango waffle bites are the perfect dessert not too sweet and very flavorful.

Had an amazing and great time here at gong ChA i'm an old guy not really sure what all this boba stuff is about haha so I went into here with my granddaughters one day because they love to get the Boba and things have been rough since Sheryl (My EX Wife) left me and Now I try to get out of the house with the Granddaughters and take them to have fun. Bahahahaha. Anyways we went here to get BOba and great drink had something weird and green with little balls not my cup of tea usually I like a black coffee HHaha BUT these kids sure love em! anyways the girls here we really nice especially Miss Kat with the pink hair, so sweet to my granddaughters thank you! Anyways I'll bring my granddaughters back soon for a treat and maybe if you guys serve black cofeee something for me Too!
