Golden Hour Nails

Elisha has been doing my nails for about a year now. She is gentle with my nails and experienced. I always give her my vision or a photo and she knows what to do! I don't do crazy patterns or art so I can't speak on that but I'm always happy when I leave!

I was the customer who had the audacity to go in right when they were about to close. I read their business hours incorrectly and thought I had more than enough time. Pearla was kind enough to accept me at the last minute, even for a full set of acrylic. She has such a great attention to detail and was so fun to talk to during the time she did my nails. Pearla also convinced me to add a little more personality to my nails and I ended up getting chrome along with the color I chose. Holy moly I was in love when she finished! I've gotten so many compliments on my nails since then! I will definitely be returning. Thank you Pearla!

I had heard many positive reviews from this nail salon and was looking forward to give it a try. I checked their Instagram page before walking in and saw that they accept walk-ins. I walked in, and was not greeted, everyone in the salon just stared at me until the nail tech that assisted me spoke up. I went in for an acrylic soak off and a gel manicure with design. Before sitting at her station, I told her that I saw that they closed at 7pm and asked if I was still on time. I came in at around 5:45pm. She responded that I was fine and I took a seat. As she was working on my soak off, she turns to her coworker and says something among the lines of "I hate the *shits* that she has on her nails", referring to the 3D jelly flowers I had on two of my nails. I found it very rude and unprofessional how she said that to the nail tech on her right about my nails, especially as the other girl had a client and I was sitting right in front of her.Not long after, she made it clearly obvious that she was running late to her movie that she had tickets for. As she was working on my nails, she said out loud "I want to go home already!". She looked at another of her coworkers and asked if she could finish my nails so that she could leave; but the other nail tech said no. She was rushing to get my nails done, would constantly knock over the acetone bottle on her station, and would constantly sigh in annoyance as she was doing my nails. I asked for rhinestones on the nails that had design, and showed her an inspo picture. She asked if I wanted pearls or rhinestones; however, that was ultimately unnecessary, as she completely forgot about them. I didn't even bother reminding her, as she was clearly in a rush to leave.Her frustration and annoyance upset me as I asked her if I was on time to get my nails done before I even sat down. I was frustrated and tensed during the service. I would have completely understood if she denied me service and explained her situation. If so, I would've gladly returned another day.Apart from the nail tech's attitude, she did a great job on my nails. I really like how they turned out, but the situation left me with a sour aftertaste. I was also frustrated to leave during the service. I gladly payed exactly what I owed for the services received and left. My apologies to the nail tech and for the great inconvenience I was to her.

Me and my daughter went a couple of weeks ago and we love our nails! We finally found our nail salon.

i would leave zero stars. called and asked how much they charge for GEL POLISH CHANGE i was told $20 over the phone and then had to pay $30 and the place was disgustingly dirty and crappy ! no way should they charge this outrageous price and couldn't even turn on the air conditioning! TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK

Golden hour nails is my go to spot when I'm in need of a mani or pedi. All the techs are great and this place specializes in builder manis. Which are my absolute fav, since it's just a overlay on your natural nails. I love their attention to detail and they make sure you leave with what you wanted. All the techs are A+.
