Do not I repeat DO NOT buy anything from here they are a scam. I came in and bought a thick gold chain for $100. When I came back to do an exchange on an different item and tried to exchange for the same chain just smaller and thinner he said the starting price was $100! They're nice if your buying but once you they to return they'll up the prices

Do not buy from this place, the most dishonest people I have ever met. If you buy 14k gold, they will scam you by giving you 10k gold. They will tell you one price and end up giving you another. I have already reported it to the police department. I would never buy from this place again.

‼DO NOT GO HERE‼ horrible service my boyfriend went to get his watch resized and they made it too small for his wrist and when my boyfriend asked to fix it they said they had lost our links. For weeks there were no updates we kept calling he then said he found the links we went to pick them up and he proceeded to ask for money and when we refused he stated he wasn't going to give us back OUR watch. This place is nothing but a scam.

I went in to have batteries changed for an expensive Movado watch yesterday. My husband check his watch later in the evening and found the dial was broken. Went back today to tell the owner of what happened to the watch. He denied that he did it and blame it on me that I broke rhe watch not him and refused to fix the watch. DO NOT GO THERE AT SIERRA VISTA MALL!!!
