Glass Pro

Unfortunately the sliding glass door in my bedroom shattered. We called around and were told by other businesses it would take weeks before they'd be available to do the job. We contacted glass pro and set up an appointment the same day. The two window guys (Karl & Daniel) were professional, easy to talk to and answered all our questions efficiently. The price was lower than the other businesses as well.

My house was built in 1990 and some windows and the patio doors were not working good anymore. I wanted the best cause I plan on living here for a very longtime. Mike came over and looked at everything and asked good questions so that he knew what windows and doors to quote me. The head installer name was William and was just so down to earth and always stopping when I asked questions and would show me how things worked. The installation was real fast but William took his time when it came to caulking the windows so that it was done right the first time. Yes it was a few dollars but if anything goes wrong from now on, glass pro said to call them anytime and will take care of it. Thank you so very much Glass Pro one less thing I have to worry about from now on. Jason B

Andrew came at the time of my appointment. He was able to quickly measure my window and was able to explain the difference in the types of Windows I could purchase. He is coming back out next week to install the replacement window.

I saw this company at the home and garden show I put my name down for Mike to come out and give me a quote. When came out last week He was very professional not to mention knowledgeable about the different types of windows he was showing me.

Made an appointment (June 7th) with the company for an estimate. Mike came out to take the measurement for 9 windows and a sliding door. A few days later received a call from Mike. He gave me the quote over the phone and I asked for him to itemized it and email it to me, so I may review it for myself. While on the landline with mike, I asked about a payment plan (if any, and if not, I will pay in full, once the job is done). Mike said he will contact (email) the company accountant and see what the accountant will say and he will get back with me. A few days went by, and I contacted Mike and left a message, no response. I texted Mike a day later and he tested back saying he will call me on Monday (June 14th). June 16th, still no call, still no email of the quote. In the world of principle (honoring your words-personal or business) is what makes not only a trust worthy business, but also a trust worthy person. I am the type of person who keep my words, because honoring my words is part of my characters. So how can someone trust a company, when their words is meaningless?

When we decided to replace our windows we got several estimates and Glass Pro was our choice. Everyone we worked with through the process was great. Rudy answered every question we had and was always available when we thought of something new to discuss. The windows are Anlin and made locally which was a real selling point for us. They are in and look wonderful. We had a new patio door installed at the same time and our installer William went the extra mile for us. He made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and was a joy to work with.

My problems started by trusting the ANLIN Windows and Doors online page showing their Authorized Dealers to install a Anlin Malibu French Doors to replace a glass sliding door. I chose Glass Pro off Anlin's list and my six month (Dec2019-Aug2020) nightmare started and as of today the french doors are not adjusted correctly.Glass Pro's installer did not have the expertise or experience to install this set of eight foot french doors on January 10, 2020. Within two weeks, January 24, 2020 the doors would not open, close or lock properly due to their installation that created a crack frame. Glass Pro had been paid $4075 and never contacted me again. I was the one that made all contacts to Mike Sanchez to only hear their excuses and lies regarding the repairs to the french doors for the next six months. After contacting the Contractor's Board (June2020) I did get the cracked frame replaced on July 24, 2020. On that day it appeared the door was going to work perfect. Three days later the door would not lock. Glass Pro sent their installer back to adjust the the door's hinges.Mike Sanchez was the salesperson that delayed and lied to me during this time. I called Dan, the owner once and he did not offer any assistance. I contacted Anlin through their online page (June) with no reply to my concerns but Anlin still allowed Glass Pro to be one of their authorized dealers and did not respond to my written concerns with helping me resolve this problem.I'm a senior, a female, and a widow. I rely on a company's reputation before I invest in their product. This time that information was not correct.

Had the team from glass pro out today to install a 10 foot double slider on a remodel i'm doing the guy's are very professional and clean. A pleasure to work with. highly recommend these guy for any of your window needs.

Glass Pro installed new windows in our home. Mike gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable. His crew came out and did an outstanding job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended Glass Pro to a few of my friends, a couple of which are having Glass Pro replace their windows.
