Gators Smash Burgers

There's a food truck meet up every Saturday behind the Target on Shaw and Clovis. This is where I experienced Gator Smash Burgers. I let my son choose the food truck we and I guarantee he picked this place based off their gator logo. My son went with the smash-burger and fry combo and I ordered the Loaded Gator Fries.These fries were very good and I love their Gator Sauce. It's sort of like ranch and thousand island? ... These fries are topped with two chopped smash burger patties, two slices of cheese, pickles, and tons of Gator Sauce. A very delicious meal, but not something you wanna eat and then run errands. I was ready for a nap!My son's burger looked delicious, but (like most kids) he took off most of the good stuff! This burger has two smashed patties on it, cheese, pickles, onion rings, and (you guessed it) gator sauce! After he was done, all that was left was pickles, two patties, and we added ketchup. He did eat both patties and most of the fries. Which is a win for me! Both of our meals came with drinks and the service from the staff was awesome! This food truck meet up is super laid back and starts around 11am and wraps by 4pm. So GATOR-here asap!

One of the best burgers I have ever had! Fries were on point too! Food truck did serve a smalll can instead of regular size can drink. Wait time wasn't too long. Would definitely eat this burger on a regular basis if I lived in the area.

Food truck at Burning Sun Brewery today. I tried their smashbuger. $15 for a burger, but it comes with plenty of meat and cheese and an onion ring on top. I didn't try their fries, but I would definitely try again if I was at a spot they were serving again.

This food truck was at my daughter's school carnival. I got the burger and fries. A bit of a wait since the line was long but it was so worth it. The burger was seasoned so well and was so good. Really high quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

Got the quad. Only thing out of the four that stood out was the chicken wings. Very crispy. The sauce was nice. As for the other 3... burger was underwhelming. Fries were fries. Onion rings were as expected. The price for all 4 came out to $40. I understand that inflation is a thing. But this was absolute price gauging. People will say, "if you don't have the means to eat out, then eat at home!". That ain't the point, Debbie! Those prices are way too d*mn high for food that is overall mediocre at best! I was expecting "5 star cook out food" from Uncle Phil, but instead I got the 2 star spread. Thanks for the free drink though.
