Where do I begin! The team on this truck and catering staff are always top notch! My husband and I have had the pure pleasure of working on this dynamic team, catering events, food truck events and special family gatherings! If anyone truly knows Debbi and her team- they provide service that no other truck can match. The food is creative and made with love! Love for EVERYONE, no matter their gender, race, or orientation! If you want top notch food at your event- book this team! Or visit them at their new location in Fresno!

My favorite food truck in the area. So freaking delicious and worth every cent!!! The service is always good and, honestly, it's a fun environment.

Always amazing food, always fantastic service. They use fresh ingredients and support local. If they have a special for the day TRY IT, before it's sold out or off the menu. I've never been disappointed by their Filet Mignon Tacos or Grilled Cheese (with a strawberry cream and sliced apples, add the bacon for a little salt kick). The owner is very friendly and helpful, and I can't say enough good things about the food.

The owner, Debbi, was incredibly rude to us after she saw our pride flags we had with us. She was very rude and homophobic to us. We would have gone somewhere else if we hadn't already paid. Ended up throwing our food away because we couldn't trust it after how homophobic the owner was to us. If you support LGBTQ+ don't visit or book this food truck.

My favorite food truck and it's not even close.......Just go multiple times and try the whole menu. I forgot the name of it but the slider with the pork belly is the best thing on any food truck out there. Throw in the fact that the service is great and they remember repeat customers and they've earned a patron for life.

While at Crow and Wolf tonight, my guy and I got a chance to try The Gastro Grill. After perusing their menu, we opted for the Hangover Sliders and Filet Mignon Tacos. Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't really busy yet, so our food came out fairly quick in about 15 minutes. Both the sliders and tacos were very good! The filet on the tacos was cooked nicely and had wonderful flavor. Even though the tacos were yummy, my favorite was the sliders. It was loaded with pulled pork, a fried egg (drool), bacon, and grilled jalapeños. All of the flavors on this slider just complimented each other so beautifully. We had a really great experience with The Gastro Grill. Some patrons will look at the price of their food and think it's overpriced, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. They make their food with quality ingredients and you can definitely tell if you give them a try! I will definitely be returning to try some of their other items on their menu.

If you see this truck, get food, even if you're not hungry haha! Order anything off the menu, it's going to be good.We've ordered food from this truck countless times and have never been disappointed. Service is always great: friendly and helpful. Wait times can be long if it's a big event because this is gourmet food, but it's always worth it.The other day they brought their truck to Bitwise at lunch time. I ordered the black and blue sliders. OMG so good. Beef was moist, bun was buttered and held up to all the goodies inside. There was bleu cheese, micro greens, tomato "spread" (not sure exactly what it was but damn delicious) and like a slow roasted jam that added just the right amount of sweetness that set the whole thing off. It was one of those times you keep looking at tour food after every bit because you're marveling at the taste. I honestly got full off of just one but they were so good I ate the second one hahaa!!

805 drunken shrimp tacos were delicious!!!! It is $10 for 2 tacos. This seems pricy, and I could definitely eat 4 of these tacos, but they are very tasty! They have a pretty extensive menu for a food truck. All of the options looked delicious. I've seen this food truck parked at Cross City on Friday's.

The food was amazing! The lamb chops so good and so was the trip tip. The side dishes were great, sliced pears, roasted pecans, salad, potatoes and bread.

I felt compelled to post a raving review for Debbi and her team of magicians! Everything they do and create is filled with love! Love to everyone! I am and always have been her biggest cheerleader! My husband and I have known Debbi and her team for years! We WILL not let anyone's childish post or comments change our opinion! Period! False rumors to hurt a small business should be a crime, but Karma always comes through! Debbi you all keep doing what you love and loving what you do! PERIOD! Love always WINS!
