As someone who moved to Fresno from the Bay Area, this is a solid place for birria tacos! They also serve ice cream and other treats if you're looking for dessert afterwards.Just an fyi that parking can be a bit tricky since it's a small lot. There's only 3 indoor and 2 outdoor tables, but the small dining area fits the cozy hole-in-the-wall vibe!

All I can say is... bomb!!! I got the quesabirria combo & consome, they were delicious! Food was served quickly and made very well. Chefs kiss fr. It's a little hole in the wall, but should not be overlooked. I'm not from Fresno, but if I'm ever here again, I'll be coming back!

Small shop, big tastes!My husband and I came to try their famous birria tacos and added on a small nacho to the order. Quesabirria tacos with crispy taco shell were bomb! The meat is incredibly juicy and tender, the cheese was loaded on and melty, and the crunchy taco shell was perfection! I haven't had much crunchy taco shells, and I appreciate the overall mix of textures as they come together. Consume costs extra, but we went ahead and included it in our order, and it was much needed to get the taco shell to a nice crispy but soaked state. Nachos came loaded with toppings to the point where tortilla chips were hidden. Tortilla chips looked homemade and were supremely tasty. All of the sauces, cheese, beans, asada came together perfectly. Top nacho experience for me!

Great customer service. Great tacos. Not overly expensive. I tried them at the food truck on FCC's campus. I'd eat here again - i want to try the restaurant experience.

This place was great!! I happened to be in Tower District on a Friday evening and stumbled across a bunch of taco trucks in the area. We chose Garrafa because it had a decent line and the menu looked good! I need up getting a Chicken Quesadilla and Beef Burrito (not pictured). Each item was about $12 each which is a pretty solid price. The plate came with a lot of topings and a couple sauces! Flavor was a lot stronger in the Burrito, but overall, both plates were really good!

Didn't like the carne asada burrito. Rice tasted old and the meat was dry and very salty!!!

8/31/23 Getting lunch! Chicken torta ordered with no mayo, jalapeños and hot sauce on the side. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went in to get it. Greeted by a nice worker upon entering. Paid for the order. Almost ready. Short wait and it was ready and handed over with a smile.Small little place. There's room to eat inside if you want.Lunchtime! Torta split. It was really delicious! Fresh and tasty! Jalapeños made it even better! Hot sauce to spice it up more! Great! Mother said hers was "Wow!" She loved it and really liked the more mild hot sauce they included! Good service and great, Delicious Chicken torta! Highly recommended!

I'm going to be completely honest, I eat at Garrafa's at least once a week. But let me tell you why. I am a hardcore Mexican and Im very picky when it comes to Birria. I grew up eating home mad birria with my abuelitas recipe from mexico. I have never liked eating birria tacos at any restaurant in the US until I tried Garrafa's. I started off with one taco just to see what the hype was about and ended up eating four that day. So believe me when I say "I'm hooked".Today I had an itch to try their adobada tacos. I was completely satisfied with my decision. The cooks are super down to earth and give you the authentic Mexican street taco vibes. They are quick when it comes to preparing your food and their service is amazing.

Was super craving for some Mexican food and I never had a quesataco before, so I wanted to give this place a try. Have I lived under a rock? The quesatacos were delicious! Nice and cheesy and the meat was seasoned very nicely. Great flavor all around. I was very full and satisfied! Definitely makes me want to venture out and try different Mexican food. I called in for my order and once we got there the food was ready for pickup.

Local and authentic eatery with all them Mexican street specialties. Clean and welcoming. The service was great as well.
