Fusion Indian Cuisine & Bar

I found this little hidden gem by accident. It is located in the very back parking lot so you will not be able to see it from the streets. I was the only person in the restaurant. I was seated very fast and got my drink right away. My server, Prab, was very attentive and friendly. She even showed me the private party room they had. The ambiance feels like a indian restaurant meets seattle coffee shop and a upscale restaurant but with excellent prices. I ordered the goat curry. The flavors were very organic and ingredients used were very fresh. The sauce was very flavorful. The goat did have some chew. I can taste the ginger and different spices. The garlic Nan was nice and fluffy. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to pick a dinner date or place to go have lunch. There's plenty of seating and the bar is a nice center piece.

Excellent food and service! Our waitress, Prab, was attentive and helpful, and told us her favorite dishes as a suggestion. We got the sev puri, the goat curry, the chicken biryani, garlic naan and some eggplant bartha. All of it was delicious, particularly the goat, which had a succulent, savory gravy. The biryani had a surprising but manageable level of spiciness, and my son down his mango lassi in three sips. We look forward to returning soon, especially to try the weekday lunch buffet.

The location and ambiance aren't going to draw you in, but I promise, this place is awesome.The food and service here get 6 out of 5 stars. Every dish that my family ordered got passed around the table and we lusted after dishes going by to other tables. Our server was really helpful in understanding how big portions were and how much rice and roti we needed. The star of the table was tandoori chicken tikka. So good. And the prices were totally great for the amount and quality of the food. I don't visit the area often, but this is now on my hit list for next time.

They have a lunch buffet now. Went and tried it. Everything was delicious. They bring you a serving of basmati rice and naan as well. As we were finishing up, I was commenting on how it would be nice to have a finger food or two, when they brought out the best samosas I have ever had. I hope they make it. It's a notoriously weird location.

CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! Definitely the best Indian restaurant in Clovis and might also be in all of Fresno. Aman the owner was super nice and checked in on us a couple of times.Fish Pakora was an incredible appetizer and the fish is Basa Basa, a favorite of mine. Chicken spring rolls were also very good. The four dipping sauces were a perfect compliment.Chicken tikka masala and garlic naan were also very tasty. They are new and finding their way so PLEASE have patience, but they are super nice. Support the small business owner while having fresh, excellent Indian food.

We tried 4 different items and passed them all around the table. We had the tandoori soya chaap, chana bhutare, tandoori chicken, and a naan paneer pizza. The chicken was packed with flavor and so tender. The chana had a delicious spice, and was accompanied by a tangled raita that everyone loved. I only tried a bite of the soya and pizza but they were good, too. Oddly, what really set Fusian apart was the addition of fresh vegetables and herbs. They added so much to every dish. That's a meal I'm going to be dreaming about.

We had our holiday dinner with friends and enjoyed our meals . We ordereda variety of food and they were all tasty and the portions are big.I love the samosas,pakora and their butter chicken are my favorite .A hidden gem in Clovis if you want some real Indian cuisine ..

By far one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants my husband and I have ever been to. From the amazing ambiance, the AMAZING food to the waitresses, bar tender and the owner, they all made us feel like we were part of their family. We are definitely coming back. Worth the 45min drive.

Food was so good! My husband and daughter agreed. I forgot to take a picture of the garlic naan and goat curry. Staff are very friendly but unorganized. I have never felt so needy and requested assistance several times. For example I had to request a set of silverware for my daughter because they only brought two sets instead of three. The restaurant is clean and definitely seems newer. The fusion part of the name shows with the music choice (pop) and tvs all over. It was nice that they changed one of the screens to a (silent) kids' movie.

Food is very flavorful and the service is excellent! Great atmosphere for any occasion.
