If I could give a 0 I would . I wish I read these reviews before I purchased a sofa from these crooks. I will be taking "Frank and Moe " to small claims court . Contacting BBB . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS . Horrible customer service . I paid cash for my item . 3 months ago . I have never received my sofa . I too rented a uhaul truck to pick up my item that never arrived . Frank continues to tell lies about where this product is . Unbelievable how they stay in Buisness . Frank is POS.

My wife and I stopped in on May 8 to Shop through the furniture store, we have been buying furniture in several stores in Fresno and it's been a difficult time for the furniture business because of delays in shipment. We where met at the door by this guy named Frank representing himself as the owner. My wife began looking around at furniture and every once in a while he checked to see if she had questions but he spent most of the time distracting me and talking to me about different subjects including religious beliefs and chitchat that is distracting anyway. We selected a table that was on the floor but did not like the chairs. He showed my wife a catalog with different chairs that he said match the tablealong with a bed, dresser and night stand. It was supposed to be in stock except for the chairs that's when the delays started and became a hassle to get it delivered. When the table was delivered my wife mentioned to the delivery /set up guy that the table she ordered did not have a leaf and this one did. We were leaving on vacation for two weeks that very day so when we finally took a look at the table that we have never used to this day "it is NOT the table I ordered" We put the leaf in it doesn't line up it has scored lines on the top of the match a pattern and they're off my a quarter of an inch so relieved just does not belong with the table in addition to that the chairs are at least 3 to 4 inches too short and they look to be made out of recondition plastic instead of wood I understand has been done in Vietnam and Africa in furniture as it is they're not even the right color the table is dark black the chairs were to be a dark black the table and chairs are brown they're not even completely painted and are way too short for the table you're gonna have to put at least pads on it in order to get anybody to set up to be able to eat. How can you deliver the wrong Product and by the way his voicemail is never been hooked up he doesn't return the calls he's a flake unfortunately a Middle Eastern flake and this is not the way we do business in the United States I have many friends from the Middle East that have suffered and come to this country and done wonderful things this individual is going the opposite direction he seems to be getting the thrill out of screwing older people and I'm trying to get a hold of one of the TV stations to report on what I consider to be a fraudulent business I don't know if any furniture business that delivers the wrong product and just because you know when we're in our late 70s we haven't use the product actually we have any put the pictures up in the room or anything else we had just moved into the property he claims that gives him a free pass for delivering any kind of product that he has available it's my fault for not checking every item out with a fine tooth comb that is not any way to do business and he should not be allowed to do business in Fresno and I'm looking forward to in some sort of action whether the small claims court or whatever but do not make a mistake and even stop and spend any time there he has those moving air dolls out in front it looks like a used car lot it's a joke and I can't tell you how disappointing I was for the way he seem to be proud of the fact I was that he was able to shaft seniors if he has any disputes with my opinion I didn't feel free to take a look at it he hasn't done a thing I've talk to him a couple times he never calls you back we call him in a real estate business a flake be careful be extremely careful his number one priority is sending you selling your a warranty not the correct furniture it's really kind of a sad joke the discount of businesses allowed when there are many reputable furniture stores like Ashley and Bob's and some of the others in town that I've been here for years and they take anything back and make everything right universal is not one of these this is my opinion I'm thinking of taking legal action unfortunately it's not a large enough amount it's small claims court is well worth getting attorney involved as the time up and show how America really works but be careful I cannot recommend a store for you to buy anything if you go in there just walk up to the first tall side like that you see and touch it and almost fall to the ground they rock back-and-forth it's just a scam I said scam and unfortunately we fell for it that's my opinion and I have the furniture laughingly furniture doesn't even match I don't know how they think they can deliver brown chairs that are sponge painted not even completely painted and say that that's the product that we bought somebody needs some licensing bureau needs to look into this business and do it soon before somebody is seriously hurt thank you Mike Bishop my review of this business is zero post review

5-25-24 - stores doors are open, yet there is no one here.. I roamed around inside looking for a pair of recliners for 25 min then a second pair of shoppers arrived.. After a while they asked me if there was anyone working there.. I replied that I have not seen anyone... after a while a person entered to be a salesman, he said he was at Walmart getting a money order... after another 20 min the couple left, the employee was in the back on the phone.. I left also, while sitting in my car, I observed the alleged employee leaving the store for what appeared a smoke break...I was surprised that investors would keep this store open when there is obviously NO sales. They are having a big sale in progress with no one working there...

HORRIBLE! Fraud! It's been 3 weeks since I purchased a dresser and have yet to receive it but still getting billed for it?!Even though they said it was going to arrive in a couple of days.I keep calling the store and asking to speak to "Moe" the guy who helped us out and every day it's "he's not here." "He's off today" "he'll be back later" "I'll have him call you back" excuse after excuse!This is ridiculous! I asked to cancel the order and they still took money from my account.DO NOT go here unless you want your money stolen.

We came here three times to look at furniture over a two year period. I don't know why we wasted our time the second or third. Each time it was as though we interrupted break time or something. Most recently, after looking around the store for someone, we finally found him sitting watching TV. We asked where recliners would be and his answer was "they're all over". He didn't even stand up or seem remotely interested in helping us. I don't know how this place stays in business, we won't make the mistake a fourth time.

This place is a scam. They do not stand behind their products. You would be better buying furniture out of a van in a dark alley then from frank the pos. Bought a bedroom set from here it took over a year to get the set. Then when they came to set it up they didn't bring the whole set with them. After it was delivered I asked why the bed made so much noise? Was told to let it break in. After weeks of going in to complain about the bed it broke in two peices when I asked frank to do something about it he said he would. After a month he told me to buy new parts when I said no frank basically said get lost no refunds.
