Heard of them but never really took the time to see this place since we're not huge crane gamers especially with our luck. After having dinner with family my cousin in law suggested this place. Thought it would be nice to see and win a plush or 2 for my daughter. Located next to Seventea (literally same entrance). It's just so inviting, beautiful and cute with all the bright, vibrant colors of the machines. They have many plushies and some games. The prices are reasonable but you can't easily get carried away and spend money like we did since we got so into it. Especially my almost 2 year old she was a natural, she put the token in herself, moved the joystick and pushed the button and won 3 prizes on her won. She had the best time it was the cutest thing seeing her so excited and showing all her prizes to family and the staff. They also have giant plushies that you can win by playing or you can trade in 15 regular sized plushies to get a giant one. They have a cart where you can place all your plushies while you play. Sanrio plushies, Harry Potter and Pokémon are a few to name in their selections. Overall it was a great experience. My daughter ended up loosing one of the prize she won (my melody squishy) and the kind staff member gave her another one, it was such a thoughtful gesture. I would recommend this place and we would return.

What a combo package. Love how it is right next door to my fav boba place. And yes, I see people winning those cute stuffed animal too. Super cute decor and enough space for small group to walk around in. Plenty of claw machines too. Fun for all ages.

Randomly came here after getting tea with my son next door. They joined the place together so u can now walk through the wall that used to be there.. omg be prepared to spend! I was thinkin it was gonna be easy so only did $10 which u get 10 tokens. Had I did $20 it would've been 23 tokens. The higher u spend, the more bonus coins they give you. They have a chart there. I ended up spending $30 and won nothing. I didn't wanna spend anymore with the luck we had. Lmao don't get me wrong it was really fun! But I would've been more upset had I kept playing just for him to win a small plush for $50+ u kno what I'm sayin. And would've been even worst if I didn't win at all! So for that reason I quit. There was times we almost won. One machine fucked up on us twice and moved on its own. That was another thing too, some of the claws seemed really weak like it'll grab the plush and then let go hella quick like it slides out of grasp. And then the one in the front where u gotta cut the string that was some bs! Every time I try to hit the button to cut it, it seemed like it pushed out further and not cut when I actually pressed it.. yeah I won't be coming back unless it's with my son and we randomly go cus we getting tea. We only doin $20 tops fuck that shit lmao

There were an assortment of stuffed animals. Service was good. The attendant asked if we had any questions or if we needed help with anything. The store was clean and organized. The music was a bit too loud though.

Another fun place to with crane games and boba right next door. I come here anytime I get boba from Seventea and I think the prices for each game is reasonable. I highly recommend!

Cute place but don't waste your money here. Rip off claw .. this place can't even compare to the xtreme Claw in Sacramento. Weak claw

For the amount of money you spend in this arcade, you expect to win some plushies. It was difficult to win anything! After $30 worth, we gave up and left. No one won anything, every time the claw grabbed a plushie it would just fall out. There was no grip to hold on to the plushie. I would rather go to Claw Daddy, where I can actually win. I do not recommend this place at all.

Just don't come here. As someone who's a skilled based claw lover, you can't win anyway. We drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to come here because we love claw machines. The claw will 99% drop the toy even with 100% accuracy. I feel bad for the non skilled players. Save your money and go to Claw Daddy. This place should be closed down for scamming. We spent $100 for 132 coins by the way. Not chump change. Learn to refund or set your machines to scam less. Better luck at the casino down the road.

This place is such a rip off on the claw machine. Of all the machines I've played, every toy that the claw picked up, actually drops it once it retracts. It does not survive when the claw retracting because they purposely make the claw weak. Played multiple games and every single machine was like that. Weak claw.

This place is soo fun it's so easy to win all of the games are no more then 2 coins but bring at least $150 this place is pretty expensive
