The bounce house was exactly what we were looking for. But the service was awful!

Two hours after I was promised my delivery I called and was told the driver wouldn't be coming out. So an hour before 75 people are gonna show up at my house I have no tables, chairs or bounce house coming?! WTF? Then 20 minutes later they show up. The three delivery guys look unprofessional and sloppy, they smell like weed and my bounce house was FULL of grass and dirt. They tried to throw on and extra 3% delivery fee on my bill - which I refused to pay for obvious reasons. First and last time I use these guys.

If I could give zero stars I would. The only thing this company has going for it is their prices. Anthony, the owner, was scheduled to show up at 11 am. We had a very tight schedule of what time things were being delivered, as people were coming and going at the house. He showed up at 9am, 2 hours early. When the householder opened the door he says to her "You're still in your pajamas? Did I wake you up?" She said "You weren't scheduled to be here until 11am. I wasn't prepared for you yet." He says to her "Most people are happy when we show up early. Are you worried because you're alone and you don't want to be alone with me? Because my son is in the truck." -Who says these things to people who are giving you their business?! Better yet, who says these things to people you don't even know?!?He starts to set up, and he asks the householder where the outlet is and she starts to look for it and she tells him "My husband usually handles these things, it'll just take me a minute to locate it." He says "You don't know where the outlet is? My wife is pretty self sufficient when it comes to everyday things."-OK, what?? You don't know us to be talking to her like this!The householder asks if she can plug in the snow cone machine real quick to make sure its running correctly. He says "We check everything when it comes back to make sure its running correctly. Why? Don't you trust me?" -As the consumer, we have the right to check anything and everything when it comes to these kinds of transactions. You know the old saying "You get what you pay for."? Well, in this instance its true. They have great prices for their rentals, and their packages. But you pay a heavy "price" with the customer service!! I would not recommend them! I will not rent from them again! And based on the other review, I'm not alone in my decision. I'd love to read a review from anyone who has had a good experience in dealing with him. Maybe "Priscilla A." and myself caught him on a bad day.

I called Funtime Party rentals earlier this morning and spoke with Anthony who was very knowledgeable and polite on the phone. I really had no idea what I needed exactly, but he walked me through the process and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. These tables and linens are being used for our Fall play "Check, Please!" and "Check, Please! Take 2!" at McLane High School running from November 5-8 at 7:30pm. They are the perfect height and width for our actors and they look great! Thank you so much, Anthony! Funtime Party Rentals will definitely be McLane High's go-to for all of our future events!

Very unprofessional. Tried reaching the owner Anthony more than 5 times through phone and email to return my rental on time -- He's not always at his shop so I needed to be sure he would be there since I was in Madera and didn't want to drive 30 mins for nothing -- Anyways, I didn't get a call back until the end of the day when he was closing saying I have to bring back the rental now or I'd be charged a late fee. I asked if I could bring it in the morning since I was at work and it was hard to leave early but he said no.. even though it was his unprofessionalism that didn't get back to my attempts to contact him allll day. He told me he was at his shop all day.. yet he was unable to answer any of my calls? No one is that busy... he had time to tell me I'd be charged a late fee at the end of the day but couldn't answer any calls or emails since morning? Seemed like a dirty way to squeeze anything he can out of his customers. I had to leave work early to make it to his shop within 30 mins of his call. He doesn't know anything about being courteous or how to build a working relationship with customers.. He's all about trying to make a quick buck and done. At first I was wanting to use him as a go to vendor but not after this experience.. he won't be getting any of my business again. Oh and he's basically located in the middle of a junk yard.. you cant even find his shop right away. Very inconvenient and in a sketchy area, you almost feel unsafe.

I called Anthony at the last minute for a water slide for a father's Day gathering. No problem! He showed up ON TIME to install. Set up job was perfect. I also ordered tables and chairs. They were in excellent condition. Anthony exceeded my expectations. He was happy, punctual and exceedingly reliable. All of his rentals are very well maintained. I have recommended him to all of my friends.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!! I gave 1 star because for the first part of working with ANTHONY (the owner i am assuming) he was very nice at first. I was planning a party for my workplace, and there was a miscommunication as to how he was going to be paid. I placed a request for last minute payment and payment was mailed to him from 3 hours away instead of inter office courier. He called me and I let him know on MY DAY OFF that I would find out and be there by 2pm. When I found out about the mix up, I called his office @ 1:30 pm and left a message with a man. MY mistake was not getting this guys name. Next day Anthony calls my cell phone 5 times within 20 minutes before calling my office and bad mouthing me to ....... my husband (we work together) so once my husband advises him he knew about the whole situation BECAUSE he is my husband, his tone changed and my husband transferred him to my extension. he accused me of avoiding him, and when i told him i was only the middleman and it was a mix up, he proceeded to tell me it was a lie, and when i told him i left a message with someone he replied "BULLSHIT" ........REALLY GUY!! THIS IS HOW YOU SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS?!?!? I have worked in collections also, and never EVER replied to a customer "BULLSHIT". I understand being upset over the mixup of a payment ( less than $500) , but if thats the way an OWNER speaks to a customer..........very uneducated. sufficed to say there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFERRALS TO THIS COMPANY. To top it off, the tables we rented were worn, the chairs were filthy and the shades of the same colors were different for different sizes of tables. not enough choices ....if you want quality and way more choices, try Walker Lewis Rents :)

I love this company. They give you a conformation email with contract and upon pick p a copy in hand. Excellent service, small town friendlyness and very polite. Morals and values of highest standards. Very prompt in drop off and pick up. Thank you good job FUN TIME PARTY RENTALS!!!

Ordered bounce house for granddaughter bday party 1 month ahead of time. We'll needless to say delivery was to be at 10am for party at 11am. At 1045 tried calling and texting. I still have not heard from them about why bounce house never showed up. Disappointed kids please do not rent from them.

They were very hard to get ahold of. They would answer the phone and instead of just taking my info they would tell me they were closed and to call back at another time. I left repeated message and finally they called back. During pick up they truck left a huge oil stain on our driveway and the dunk tank left a rust stain on our concrete. I text him to let him know but I never got an apology or any kind of acknowledgment. I will never use this company again.

The worst experience ever. We ordered tables, chairs and linens for our wedding. 1st they will never show up on time. When they finally showed up unloaded and left we had broken chairs, broken table and stained linens. The chairs were dirty and stained. 90% of the blue lines were stained some were so bad we couldn't use them. It was very embarrassing. Our wedding coordinator (who has done many weddings) stated she has never seen anything like and we should demand a discount. When the owner Anthony arrived to pick everything he was very confrontational. Offered us an 18 dollar discount on our $545 total. His workers were awful too. This was a horrible experience for us especially on our wedding day
