Fruta Land & Ice Cream Menu.
Preparing an order.
Tiás girl hard at work.
This little beauty worked quickly and was organized and kept her work area very clean and got new gloves as needed. Service was fast.

The guy putting the chamoy I asked him to not put in my fruit.
32 ounce fruit cocktail with tajin and mildly spicy.
Fruit cocktail 6.99
I already add extra chamoy here. If not, it will look more of a shaved ice. No mango taste at all. Fruit is bland and hard.

Bad service! When I paid for my order I still had to tell the guy what I wanted. He asked me what I wanted in my fruit cup and I told him, "No chamoy." He clearly did not listen and as he was pouring it I had to tell him again, and he still did it! That chamoy was so disgusting it made my stomach hurt! It was the worst $7 that I have ever spent in my life, and I will never go to this place ever again. You can find tastier fruit cups from the people standing outside the corners, and the swampmeets as well.

Totally not happy with the Mangonada I ordered. It is mostly shaved ice inside. I dont even taste the mango juice they put. The mango fruit is hard and bland. Make sure to add chamoy or you are just eating shaved ice. Not worth of buying the $7 Mangonada here.

One of the worst fruits you can get in the mall. The way they manage this place makes me wonder what kind of communication the employees have with each other. My sister purchased a fruit cup thinking it was going to be amazing since the stand smells really good when you're walking by. When we had a taste of the chamoy it was disgusting! It literally tasted like an unusual taste for chamoy. It smelled like armpits. My sister was charged $7 for this disgusting pieces of fruits. The mango wasn't even juicy. I Do not even know how much longer this place will stay open for business. A little piece of advice is go down even to the corner in shields they offer better fruits.

My people have arrived at the mall! I came here to have a fruit cocktail. It had cucumber, jicama, mango, honey dew, watermelon tajin and tapatio sauce. You can request if you want it SPICY or mild. The cost was 6.99 for a 32 ounce plastic container. There is 50 cent charge to use your card. They take cash, credit, debit and apply pay. The kiosk is situated in the center walkway of the mall. If you enter the mall from the Shaw side near the FOODCOURT, it's to the right about 4 kiosks down and if u enter thru Macy's MENZZ it's "to the left, to the left" as B Dawg would say. The entire production space is visible. The area was clean, stocked and organized well. With dealing with "open" kitchens or "open" work spaces, it's important to me to always see what I'm dealing with and watch how my food is handled. I was not disappointed. Some of the fruit wasn't in season but I knew that going in so the mention of that should not diminish the rating. They have other menu items such as hand scooped ice cream, tostilocos which is chips smothered in tapatio sauce and an array of other items you will see on your next trip to the mall. The workers were all nice, moved quickly and clean. My favorite worker is Margaret, because she's AHHHMAZING!! Another plus is that all employees can both prep food AND work the register. There is no waiting for someone to help you when they have a free moment. Their tip jar could be a little more attractive and easier to insert tips....I think I will do them a "SOLID" and make my way to Pinterest and see what I can come up with. Fruit cocktail makers, baristas, smoothie makers, marijuana delivery drivers all get over looked when it comes to tipping, I feel like we should tip them just as we tip our bartenders. I hope you all make your way to this lovely little establishment and all have a pleasant experience. ***sidenote My fruit cocktail was FILLED up but I didn't take the pic until I ate quite a few bites because I couldn't wait*** #thickgirlprobs

I love the snacks here but I guess they had no cream for the adriana today and the girl was on her phone during the time she was attending us. I understand when work is slow you want to chat but when there is a customer right in front of you. The priority is to help them. I work with food too and I know better. This was around 4:30 or so.

I've had the Tostilokos from here many times and decided to switch it up. I bought an ice cream with a cone (which costs extra??) and walked back to work since I work in the mall. There was something off with the ice cream it almost tasted sour?? So I was a little upset that I paid mall food prices for something I wasn't even able to finish. I went back to the store a little later and let the manager know and even though there a language barrier she was happy to give me something else for free and apologized a bunch of times. Good customer service

Horrible! Service is as bad as the product they served. Never going back! Its been around for some times now. I enjoy these type of snacks. I figure I ought to try it. I approach the register, the lady said Nothing! She just stood there as I starred at her. It made me thought I probably need to go ask for the thing I need made and then walk up to pay. Until an awkward 1minute(picture that) she just looks at me and then looks the other way(because there was a customer that enjoy talking loudly). Finally! She mumbled something, then I said can I get the mangonada, she says nothing and just stands there. I then said "okay, you guys have that?" She say "m.hm." Me-"Okay... thats it." Said the total gave me my money and turned away to make the stuff. She just put the item on the top of the glass and said ready. Seems, like she gave me an eye rolled but I may have mistaken not sure cause I was already frustrated with the service & already dislike the drink because of how its made. The drink ofcourse, was nasty! Basically ice and tajin and chamoy. Never! Going to the place! Price is not worth the product.

Do yourself a favor and save that $7 dollars for better mangonada and fruit cups. This place is horrible! And products do not look like pictures. Also the young gal with piercings NEEDS immediate customer service training.

My first time here, and the LAST. Bad Customer Service. Unprofessional manager, yelling at the employees in front of customers, the employee stopped taking my order to get yelled at in front of me and my family. I paid for for "extra" chamoy, yeah right, an extra little drizzle. Lastly my pineapple was brown, they got my daughters order wrong and the so called wanna be blond "manager", I guess, has the nerve to approach me and give attitude saying what's the problem, full of excuses. I just said give me my money back. I would not recommend people to spend their money here. Take your business elsewhere.

Their strawberries and cream is disgusting, the cream is like foam, it doesn't even have the granola like how it's supposed to and it's super over priced for the small cup they give you. I work at the mall so I thought that would be my favorite place to go to from now on but it's not worth it at all.
