Since our builder used Fresno Shower Door for installation in our brand new home 3 years ago, we naturally contacted them first. But when I contacted them, their customer service was horrible, it was non-existent. They wouldn't even look up my information from when they installed the original door through the builder!!! They couldn't schedule anyone to come out and measure it for weeks and gave me a half-ass quote without installation. They also wanted to charge me to come and measure the door (even though they have records of exactly what door they installed hundreds of times with my builder, based on our model.)I am so glad I found PRECISION SHOWER DOOR!!! You can see their review I left them on Yelp as well, along with pictures of their quality compared to Fresno Shower Door product which SHATTERED while no one was even home. Why did their glass door shatter... because of the lack of quality compared with what we have now. You will thank me for going to Precision!!!

They installed a shower door for us about 6 years ago, very pleased with the work. I came here recently for some maintenance products, my shower door is still as clear and beautiful as it was the day it was installed. Staff is friendly and helpful

The quote the girl in the store gave us was different than the actual price. Our fault for not paying closer attention. Disappointed with final outcome.

Terrible customer service and terrible communications. Measurements were completely way off and ended up chipping off my shower tile. Brad tried to brush it off and said it was just the grout. Overall my contractor had to remove and reinstall the shower door and at the end he told me that the warranty have been voided because my contractor who he was working with removed it. Terrible service and experience.

I chose this business because it had great service, personable staff and multiple displays of shower doors. The price was reasonable and then Covid-19 happened. 2 years later, I went back and showed my invoice thinking I would have to start all over, and no they used it. 1 week later, I had all 3 doors installed and love them. I would highly recommend Fresno Shower door for anyone looking for experienced professionals.

Excellent service from the beginning of the process to the end. They were able to provide an estimate in a timely manner. Although the shower door was going to require more time to build because of its longer dimensions, they finished it earlier than estimated. The installers were excellent, and installed it quickly, leaving the area very clean. Very impressed with Fresno Shower Door. A nice plus was that they were significantly less expensive than another company who I had planned to use.

I cannot recommend this company due to the fact they had to come out 3 times to install a simple shower door. The first time they came out, they installed the wrong size; the 2nd time they installed the right size (glass door height) but it was uneven (frame was higher on one side than the other; and the 3rd time was to get it done right! Another issue we had is the lack of truthfulness shall we say... Our contractor subs this type of work to Fresno Shower Door, but we will never use them again.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would.I called Specialty Glass in Santa Maria and asked for an estimate to fix my shower doors. Their estimate came to over $500 for parts and labor. I thought that was a far too expensive so I called Fresno Shower Door, I knew they had a local representative on the Central Coast. They sent their local technician, Preston, and he had everything fixed in under 15 minutes... and the cost for the service call was only $50!! No parts whatsoever were necessary.It is great to be able to deal with an honest vender who doesn't try to rip you off.
