About 10 orders in and i believe I will be doing business with Don and Fresno repro for a long time.

I've been having a lot of plans printed in the past couple months. The people here are awesome. I submit online in the evening, the plans are ready early the next day. The blonde behind the counter has a lot of personality too. She's a 10 easy. Love coming here to pick things up.

I was referred to this business by another professional. I needed to have a large county map reprinted and scaled down. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had no sense of urgency or desire to assist me. Her approach to my request was very disrespectful. I decided to take my request and business elsewhere.

Whoever gave them 1 star is an idiot. Don works his tail off and has taken care of our reprographic needs for over 10 years. They have expanded their product offerings to stay competitive as the blueprint needs have gone digital. If you need any large format printing done, this is the place! Never go anywhere else.

I called ahead to see if they do the kind of printing I needed for my crafting work. Despite my inarticulate description, the lady on the phone was very patient and helpful so I took everything in for duplication. Once there I was greeted warmly, and when I inquired, Beth Allison identified herself as the person I had spoken with on the telephone. Once I placed all my pieces onto the counter Beth helped me figure out what I really needed and how to get it done most efficiently. When I later picked up my order she helped me package carefully for transportation and offered suggestions to make my future orders efficient. I can't recommend Fresno Repro Graphics and Beth Allison enough for their professionalism, personalized assistance and quality of work.
