These guys did an AMAZING job at moving my piano. I was having new carpet installed and these two gentlemen wrapped my piano and moved it with such care and precision. Once the carpets were put in, they came back and moved the piano back. What an amazing company... and their movers are even more amazing!

I spent a few months researching pianos before making my decision to purchase a Yamaha piano. I went to several stores in the area, and in the Bay Area. In Fresno, I spoke with Jim. He was patient and took the time to show me his pianos, helping me find what I might like. It was a pleasant experience, he left me alone so I could play on all the pianos. (I had the same experience at his other outlet store. His staff there was equally polite). I came and left the store a couple times, needing to think it over, and shop around. There was never any pressure to make a sale.In the end I did make a purchase. I got lucky, and had it delivered the same day. The movers did an excellent job installing my piano, and giving it a final polish. Kudos to them for such an excellent experience.

I send all my students to JIM Fishback and his crew. I worked for him in the past and that bogus review about him being pushy and rude should be treated as a lie planted by the company that stands to profit by that lie. Shame on them

I went to Fresno piano gallery to check out their new location today and see what kind of selections they have. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of pianos that they carry. There's no where else in Fresno to compare their piano selection to. Although I was just browsing, I did notice that the staff was very knowledgeable about the pianos they carry. The staff also showed me that they have player pianos that can play a variety of music from selected radio stations. Overall I would definitely purchase my next piano here. The service is spot on and the prices seemed reasonable for brands like Yamaha and Steinway.

Terrific service!My family and I are music newbies--I mean, we can listen and appreciate, but we have never imagined that we could play an instrument. When an opportunity came along to learn, we were excited and decided to go all out and what-the-heck, invest in a starter piano. And of course, we had to start with the people who actually know their stuff.Walking into the store was jaw-dropping. Beautiful pianos all lined up. Nick was very helpful, describing the different types and not pushy at all. Mind you, we had a 7-year old with us jumping up and down and wanting to touch everything. I was cringing and worried that Nick and Jim would reprimand her; but they did the exact opposite. They smiled and appreciated her excitement and seemed excited along with her for getting her 1st piano. Good quality pianos do not come cheap. I had a lot of concerns financially, but Nick and Ted were willing to hear me out and make it possible to own a well-loved spinet--which was surprisingly within my budget. I was still not sure on so I said I would think about it and maybe come back next week. I felt no pressure at all. Even at this point where they were not sure of making the sale, they were really nice and continued to provide a lot of education on learning and owning a piano.2 hours after closing time, my husband and I decided to go ahead and buy the piano. Nick answered our call after hours (with me apologizing profusely for such a late call, and him not minding at all) and reserved it for us and we went ahead with the purchase the next day.Jim was excellent on the day of purchase; answered all our questions patiently and gave a lot of recommendations. You can truly see that he is passionate about pianos--not as a business, but the actual instrument and music. He really knows his stuff! He gave my family and I a lot of pointers that I know we will be using while learning the piano.The store also offers a buy-back guarantee for 10 years. They are THAT confident in the state of the pianos they sell at this time to want them back. I was very impressed with that. Our piano teacher came out the same day to take a look and she was very impressed with the quality, sound, and price!Piano delivery was no hassle at all. They were prompt, gave me a call to let me know when they were coming (we were already given a 2-hour window upon purchase), respectful of our home and family, and set the piano up perfectly! We will definitely be back to upgrade! Hopefully sooner than later.

Excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff when it comes to explaining features and specs. The delivery guys are amazing. This store carries the best piano brand in the world, Yamaha, with dozens of brand new models to choose from. Also has a great pre-owned selection of other brands like Steinway & Sons, Baldwin, Kawai, and many more. They have pianos that adjust to your space and budget needs.

Jim Fishback tried to help us find a piano for our children. He was pushy and rude. He kept insisting on a piano we didn't need. Thankfully there is a new piano store on Palm and Herndon called Steinway Piano Gallery. The customer service we received there was professional and beyond amazing! I am so happy with our purchase from Steinway Piano Gallery!
