Please be wary of buying from this company. I had a horrible experience. My brother bought his bed here and I asked the guy, Gabriel, if they had twin beds. He showed me their refurbished "combo" beds. (Spring mattress and a pallet sewn together) I politely refused and asked him for a regular box and mattress. I bought 2 sets. He stated delivery was going to be same day from 6pm-7pm but didnt show up til 7:30pm. No courtesy call or anything, i thought he was not going to come. Then it was just himself so my brother helped him with the delivery. Why should we pay delivery fee to help? Then i noticed that what he had delivered was not what i specifically asked for which was 2 sets of plain old box and the mattress. He gave me 2 mattresses, 1 box, and 1 refurbished "combo" what i did not want. I gave him a call back he stated he gave me the right thing and that i did not know what i was talking about. I told him i was going to go back and exchange it. The next day my husband and brother went again, he gave us the same wrong combo box again. We had to take back his mistake twice and he admitted that he gave us the wrong one because he thought it was "better" for us.I will NEVER do business with him or this company again. He states hes an honest person, but with honesty, you don't make your customers go through this.

The mattresses sold here are not new.. and they're not upfront with that until it's too late. They're horribly refurbished/remade mattresses of a low quality. Buyer beware. Just remember that you get what you pay for.

My daughter had outgrown her twin-sized bed so we needed to upgrade to a full-size. I Googled Fresno Mattress stores and Fresno Mattress Factory was one of the hits that came up. I called them up and drove to their store. It was a one-man operation but don't let that turn you off. The manager, Gabby, was very accommodating and friendly. I chose a basic mattress and for $150 he said he can throw in the box spring and delivery, and for an additional $10 he can haul away the old twin set. He could've delivered the mattress set that evening but I chose instead to have them delivered the following morning. Gabby himself delivered it and was so very nice to assist me in lifting and installing. Because of Gabby's excellent customer service, I highly recommend this shop.

Went in at 1:30 this afternoon (Saturday) and purchased a decent Queen with box set for $230 (price included delivery). It was delivered just a few hours later in great shape. The salesman and delivery guy were both friendly and professional. Great price and good service. Can't expect much more than that.
