I am a new tenant and I am so satisfied with how smooth the process was. I was also pleased with the customer service from all the girls in the office. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Overall wonderful experience.

I give Fresno Property Management company on Del Mar Ave only 1 star for the following reasons:* I entered into a lease agreement with Fresno Management Company to lease my house. I gave them a 60 days notice that I will not renew my lease and to inform the tenant. They sent me an email saying that the tenant will be vacating the property on August 31 2021.* Based on that I moved my family from Southern California to Clovis on August 28th. The tenant went to renew the lease on August 30th and denied receding any notice of Non Renewal from Fresno Property Management .* As a result of that my family and I had to stay I. Hotels costing us a lot of money and stress not knowing when we are going to get our property back.* When the tenant finally left, I requested to go to the walk through prior taking our property back. * one agent told us to go to the office and our Property Manager will accompany us to do the Walk Thru.* We went to the office as requested, and our agent told us that another agent will meet us at the property at 7:00 pm. We went to the property as requested at 7:00 pm, and waited until 9:00 pm. No agent showed up.* Luckily we had an extra house key and we were able to enter our house after 9:00 P.M* In addition to that, Fresno Property Management did not do all the repairs that they agreed to do in writing despite several requests to do so including with the company owner himself . Mind you we took possession of the property in October and the repairs were not done up to May 2022.* Fresno Property Management did not return my phone calls (except for 1 time) during the course of the lease and beyond.

STAY AWAY!!!! people do yourselves a BIG FAVOR and stay away from fresno management company!!!! I GAURANTEE any positive review with these people is FAKE reviews! they are unbelievably worst company EVER! if you decide to live anywhere related to these unprofessional ppl you will REGRET it! just one example I can give you, we are having rat issue everywhere, on our roofs, balcony and inside apartments. believe it or not it's been more than 2 years we're contacting these careless ppl and they simply don't do anything about it!!!! it's hard to believe, I know! but it's just how they are! something not working in your apartment? well, just deal with it! cuz it will NEVER be fixed! it can be as simple as a changing a broken light right by your apartment! once again STAY AWAY from fresno management.

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They overcharge tenants, make erroneous claims, and take money unjustly from both tenants and owners. They made unauthorized modifications to my property and charged me thousands of dollars for it.Their tenant screening process is severely lacking, leading to unsuitable tenants occupying properties. They will not only damage your property but also cause you significant stress and harassment.Do not trust this company. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy management company.

This is the worst management company ever. They AVOID the owners of the property at EVERY turn. No requests or returned phone calls let alone emails. We are putting together a request to have them investigated. We will report them to the California Department Of Real Estate, the BBB too. This property management company is so unorganized and unprofessional. Minimum effort, to say the least. Poor recording keeping. Inflated prices. Rude and unresponsive staff. Not worth it. Either manage the property yourself or search for another company.

Finally work order was approved 1 year later from the owner and rental company to gut the whole upstairs shower and floor l. A expensive demolition job. That will take about a week but took a whole year to get approved.

Very thankful for the quick response we get when putting in a service request. After being homeowners we were worried things wouldn't be taken care of timely but we've been very happy with the team that takes care of fixing things!

I was a tenant for one of their properties from 2016 to 2020. Never had any issues and they quickly responded to any work order.
