Fresno Kabob

Had to knock down a star cus their mix combo plate is only two meats now! It used to be beef, chicken and lamb and now it's just beef and chicken. Food is still good I just preferred it better when they had three different cuts of meats.

Chicken shawarma with a side of a plastic tag food was alright not enough to return. Also I asked for rice and got French fries instead. ‍

Came here and got the mixed grill plate and chicken plate. The mixed plate should have had beef, kofta, and chicken. They ran out of kofta and offered either an extra beef or chicken. I chose beef, but after getting home and opening my order, only found one serving of beef and chicken. Also both plates did not have fries as advertised. And the half piece of pita was disappointing. Flavor for everything was good but not great. The texture of the meats was on the tough side, and not as tender as other Mediterranean restaurants.The total for 2 plates came out to over $40. The wait was 40 minutes.I would definitely go somewhere else like Ararat market or Noah's ark instead. This place was an ok last resort at 9pm.

First time trying this place and it didn't disappoint. The Mix Grill Plate was recommended and it was full of flavor. The portions where rather large. The cheesecake lotus was delicious.

It's obvious Fresno doesn't have a Flame & Skewers, So disappointing! I just recently moved from Bakersfield to Fresno. Finally found-Fresno Kabob! Very tasty, Yummy! Will be returning for sure!

WOW!!! This is what sums up my experience! I will admit that I have always been skeptical of food trucks because of last experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with how excellent the food was! I ordered chicken kebab and it was perfectly done in every way! I have plans to go back within the next week for more!

This was our first time trying Fresno Kabob and automatically we knew it was going to be delicious by the atmosphere, the smell, and the service.The two gentlemen were extremely kind and passionate about their food and it really showed.We had ordered the Mix Grill Plate & Cheesecake Lotus. The Meat was well seasoned and Fresh as well as the Rice, Salad, & Fries. Oh and the Cheesecake Lotus was AMAZING!I'll definitely be returning again. I'm glad we stopped here for a quick bite.

Very nice worker. I just ordered a side of Falafels. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 5 minutes and then I could pay. Customers were in front of me and he was having issues with his payment, aka cell..the new register. Just paid cash and then he said it would be ready in 3 minutes. Waited and they were handed over shortly later after making it right in front of me with a smile and good day wishes. Lunchtime! We split the falafels and my half was okay. It was super crunchy. They were flat. It was okay. Definitely overly fried. Garlic sauce was okay too. Mother said she didn't like her half. Overly fried and she expected it to have fluff instead of the way it was. No effort. Good service and okay falafels. Not a fan. Have had much better!

Was craving Mediterranean food and saw this new truck. My husband called ahead and placed our orders. We ordered 2 gyro plates and a hummus plate. It was about a 12min drive to this location from home. They are parked in front of Lifestyle Furniture on Shaw and Blackstone. Upon arrival we noticed they had a nice outdoor set up. Plenty of tables with umbrellas and fans with misters. When we arrived we were greeted and they had our order packed and ready. Napkins and straws were self serve in-front of the order/pick up window. We ended up ordering drinks from another truck near by so we got home alittle later than we anticipated. The gyro meal comes with rice, fries, pita bread, coleslaw or salad and tahini sauce. Since we got home later the fries were a bit soggy but the seasoning was good, we just threw it in our toaster oven to make it crispy and it turned out just fine. The meal was large portioned. I loved the flavor of the gyro it was delicious. The rice was okay we felt it was overwhelmingly seasoned with cinnamon. In the menu it stated coleslaw or salad my husband wasn't given an option at the time he ordered on the phone but when we got our order we saw they gave us coleslaw it was warm and good. The tahini sauce didn't take anything like tahini, it tasted more like a mayo and ketchup dressing. The hummus was good. Overall we enjoyed our meal. Glad we tried this truck and will definitely come back.
