Great place for quality jewelry. I like the fact that the salespeople allow the customer a few minutes to browse then assist versus the typical overly aggressive "in your face" salespeople that frequent lower quality stores. See you soon!

My husband has promised me an upgrade on my wedding rings, so I've been just looking around. I stopped by this place having never been here before. I got the feeling the lady thought I couldn't afford the ring I asked to see. Can't really explain it, it was just her body language. I slid it in my pinky just to get perspective and she sort if snatched it off and told me the price. I'm used to this as I'm only 5 feet, and ppl tend to think I'm a young girl so I must be broke lol. I'm 40 and not broke, sooo...Sort of a mistake, because I really did like it and we really can afford it. It's ok, I will keep looking.

My boyfriend (at the time and now my wonderful fiancé,) have searched for years for the perfect ring. We found it at Fresno Jewelry Mart. What's great about this place is Christie. Hands down, the most kind and knowledgable person we've met in the jewelry industry. We have met many jewelry sellers, but Christie, by far, was the sales associate that stood out from the group. She knows what customer service is all about and she makes you feel like family. Their selection is plentiful and beautiful, you get what you pay for and you definitely will have an amazing experience with Christie. Go to Fresno Jewelry Mart, BUT go on Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday, if you want to work with Christie. They have Verragio rings which are incredibly detailed and a unique brand.

We have come to this jewelry mart for years. Since we got engages we came here doe our ring suggestions, price quotes, to look at our own jewelry that we inherited, to fix our watches. Every visit we have been welcomed, filled with education and answers to all our questions, as well as nice and fast service. We have never had a bad experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I recently got engaged and my fiancée and I originally went to Shane Co. to pick out a ring. We left their store with a ring that we liked but I thought since they had a 60 day satisfaction guarantee we should take a look at a few other places in case we found something we liked even better. When I contacted Bob at Fresno Jewelry Mart to tell him what we were looking for, he asked a lot of great questions, gave us valuable insight, and was very patient with my fiancée and I as we looked through countless settings and talked about various customizations. In the end, he was able to get us a bigger ring with a better stone at a lower price! We couldn't be happier :) Thanks guys!

Fresno Jewelry Mart did such a great job helping me find the perfect engagement ring as well as a band for my husband. All their employees were friendly and helped me the moment I walked it. They also helped me just recently find a lovely watch for my husband and made sure it came in on the exact date I needed it or before, which it did come in two days before the day. I have referred a lot of friends to them and they have all loved their experience at Fresno Jewelry Mart! Thanks guys!

Hey I am not here to knock business's but to offer some helpful hints. Went to look at engagement rings after work last week. I figured they might be closing soon so I was rushed and excited at the same time to get there. Upon entering the store though I soon become confused about the lack of attention by the sales people. No one approached me for about 3-4 minutes! Which is way too long considering they were just talking amongst themselves when i walked in. Not a hello nor a smile came my way. Did notice that soon after i walked in, another woman came in and they addresed her by name and proceeded to help her. And then, finally someone asked if i needed help. DUH!! Okay so strike 1! Strike 2 came when the woman who was my sales person made me feel as though I was putting her out. Excuse me, but is not that their jobs? Are they not supposed to help a customer to make a sale??? She was not someone who i would ever employ as a sales person, she was not rude but definitely not friendly. Her lack of enthusiasm or excitement in helping me was quite obvious (she could have faked it.) In other words she made me feel as though I was a bother. Here I was excited to look at their selection of engagement rings and I get a woman that acted as though I was an idiot to get excited about the prospect of marriage. Strike 3 came when I asked if she could look up a particular ring online and she said no immediately without offering some sort of reasonable explanation. Devons was very good to do this for me, so I did not feel it was an unreasonable request. Strike 4 (if there was one) happened when she proceeded to tell me that another ring I was interested in was way too much money and yet she did not ask me any particulars on the ring. What is she? A psychic? Yes I was quite offended by that rude comment. So I guess she was rude after all. And lastly...the 5th strike, which was probably the worst strike of them all, was when she brought a loose diamond out for me to see, she made me practically lean over the glass counter to see it. Not once did she move it close to me so I could get a better view. What did she think, that I might inhale it!? Okay so there you go, that was my experience at the Jewelry Mart. Hope I never have to go there again, but never say never.....

I received a cross necklace and the cross fell off the first day I wore it. The part that attached the cross to the necklace was slightly opened and the necklace fit through. When I took it in, the saleswoman told me I would need to pay $20 to solder it closed. I had only worn it one day! I feel like they shouldn't sell this kind of "brad" if it won't work, or they should solder it closed--and not at my expense. Worse of all, the saleswoman didn't seem at all sympathic. She was just like, "it's $20, want it or not?" Not!
